Week Six, Day One Planned to workout, but my stomach won't let me... Squats and ****cramps don't mix ;)

Week Six, Day Two Military Press 4 sets of 6 reps @ 90lbs Arnold Press 4 sets of 6 reps @ 35lbs Squat 4 sets of 6 reps @ 185lbs Leg Press 4 sets of 6 reps @ 360lbs Wrist Curl 4 sets of 6 reps @ 65lbs Reverse Wrist Curl 4 sets of 6 reps @ 65lbs I am so happy that my lifts are all progressing. I like this split so far, and I think it is ideal for when school will start, as it only takes 3 days a week, and I have time for it mon, wed and fri!

Week Six, Day Seven Deadlift 4 sets of 6 reps @ 235lbs Barbell Rows 4 sets of 6 reps @ 95 lbs Seated Calf Raise 4 sets of 6 reps @ 170lbs Donkey Calf Raise 4 sets of 6 reps @ 200lbs Skull Crushers 4 sets of 6 reps @ 75lbs Close Grip Bench 4 sets of 6 reps @ 125lbs The last 3 sets of Deadlifts were a little broken because me grip kept failing. Neverthe less, I put it down for a sec, re gripped and banged out what I could until I hit 6. I really need to look into lifting straps soon.

Yeah i have trouble with grip too, them gloves do help, though i did drop 210lbs today on my last set of my last rep because of grip...what are straps?

Help take the weight away from your hands. So after a set or 2, I'd use them so my grip doesn't fail on me. wrap around your wrist and then around the bar

Ah fair enough, i also see your sets have gone up-thats good, you started out doing just 1-2 sets of 8 which wasnt great, but yeah your routine looks solid now, keep right at it! just a measly 30lbs until you can use 2 plates! Im sure you could max 2 plates each side easily though
