Started taking Syntrax Nitrous and Swole, the orange swole tastes pretty good.  Nitrous is "Unflavoured" and makes my water taste silly.

DB Concentration Curls

Reverse BB Curl

I think I am going to drop the DB flyes and replace it with maybe machine press or some other chest movement.  My shoulders make too much noise during flyes and dips and I am scared to be injured.

You have a very interesting array of exercises, i may have to nick a few for myself lol.
Good work though, i see your days off have lessened which is good, especially as you live a very busy life.

I have been going out of town several times lately, so I have missed workouts for that.  Sadly I will do it again fri-mon, but Hopefully I will leave late enough that I can get a morning workout in, and get home early enough monday to get a monday evening workout in.

I am trying to setup a new regimen based on my free time.  I must also construct around semesters studies. Sept - Dec.

Hey, Michel:

Once you get back into the training game on a solid basis, I will send you a couple of workout programs and diets that will get your attention.  I have trained with three excellent training cycles: Advanced GH training/HITT Cardio; Hypertrophy Intensive Training (HST)/HITT Cardio; and one that I am doing now, Escalation Density Training (EDT) with HITT Cardio.  Each program is between four and six weeks in length.  Killers, all.

A sad tidbit I just came across.  It seems that some of my numbers are the same or less then what they were in April 2005.  I cannot be allowed to slack off.  This in unacceptable!  I must increase my numbers so next summer I look back and laugh!
