Still a beginner because I can't get enough sleep!!!

Week Four, Day Five Seated Cable Row 3 sets of 12 reps @ 135lbs Lat Pulldown 1 set of 12 reps @ 105lbs 1 set of 7 reps @ 105lbs 1 set of 5 reps @ 105lbs BB Row 1 set of 9 reps @ 80lbs 1 set of 7 reps @ 80lbs 1 set of 6 reps @ 80lbs Seated Calf Raise 3 sets of 12 reps @ 140lbs Donkey Calf Raise 3 sets of 12 reps @ 140lbs Started taking Syntrax Nitrous and Swole, the orange swole tastes pretty good. Nitrous is "Unflavoured" and makes my water taste silly.

Week Four, Day Six Incline Bench Press 2 sets of 12 reps @ 105lbs 1 set of 8 reps @ 105lbs Flat DB Press 1 set of 9 reps @ 50lbs 1 set of 6 reps @ 50lbs 1 set of 5 reps @ 50lbs DB Flyes 1 set of 9 reps @ 25lbs 1 set of 8 reps @ 25lbs BB Curl 1 set of 12 reps @ 60lbs 2 sets of 6 reps @ 60lbs DB Concentration Curls 1 set of 9 reps @ 25lbs 2 sets of 7 reps @ 25lbs Reverse BB Curl 1 set of 12 reps @ 45lbs 2 sets of 8 reps @ 45lbs I think I am going to drop the DB flyes and replace it with maybe machine press or some other chest movement. My shoulders make too much noise during flyes and dips and I am scared to be injured.

I have been going out of town several times lately, so I have missed workouts for that. Sadly I will do it again fri-mon, but Hopefully I will leave late enough that I can get a morning workout in, and get home early enough monday to get a monday evening workout in. I am trying to setup a new regimen based on my free time. I must also construct around semesters studies. Sept - Dec.

A sad tidbit I just came across. It seems that some of my numbers are the same or less then what they were in April 2005. I cannot be allowed to slack off. This in unacceptable! I must increase my numbers so next summer I look back and laugh!
