Week One, Day Five Groceries day! I was sad, Chicken was WAY too expensive today and Udo's or similar was nowhere to be found :( I also forgot to buy frozen peas. All is not lost. But, damn, nothing was on sale this week. Incline Bench Press 1 set of 8 reps @ 95lbs 1 set of 8 reps @ 100lbs 1 set of 8 reps @ 105lbs DB Flat Bench 3 sets of 8 reps @ 45lbs DB Flyes 3 sets of 8 reps @ 15lbs BB Curl 3 sets of 8 reps @ 50lbs Concentration Curl 1 set of 8 reps @ 20lbs 2 sets of 7 reps @ 20lbs Reverse BB Curl 3 sets of 8 reps @ 35 lbs Weighted Crunches 1 set of 8 reps @ 100lbs 1 set of 8 reps @ 115lbs 1 set of 3 reps @ 130lbs 1 set of 5 reps @ 115lbs 37 minutes on the Recumbent bike Was a very sweaty bike ride...

Week One, Day Six Rest Day. So far started out good. I tried the eggwhite/protein powder shake... delicious, tastes like a normal shake, the whites give no taste. With a whole grapefruit and some oatmeal, it was a power breakfast! Now I am on meal 2, fish, rice and broccoli. Its going awesome!

Week One, Day Seven 175.2 lbs waking Another Rest Day. My quads are still sore from last wednesday, I can't wait to hit them in the gym tomorrow.

Ouch! Two rest days in a ROW! I can't stand to be away more than one day at a time anymore. I've gotta do SOMETHING. Today is a full-scale chest, triceps, abs, and front delts day for me, so I'll put in a good word for you at the "pain zone", Bro. Lookin' good so far -keep it up!

Week Two, Day One Squats 1 set of 8 reps @ 165lbs 1 set of 5 reps @ 165lbs 1 set of 3 reps @ 170lbs DB Lunge 3 sets of 8 reps @ 20lbs Leg Extension 3 sets of 8 reps @ 75lbs Seated Leg Curl 1 set of 8 reps @ 90lbs 1 set of 8 reps @ 120lbs 1 set of 8 reps @ 120lbs Hip Abductor 3 sets of 8 reps @ 120 lbs Hyperextensions 1 set of 6 reps @ 35lbs 2 sets of 5 reps @ 35lbs 34 minutes on the Upright bike Was a very sweaty bike ride... I think my ass and lower back are weak... my squat dies because my hips and lower back give out... but the quads feel fine. The fact that I can dislocate my hip at will must have to do with it not being strong enough.

Standing Military Press 3 sets of 8 reps @ 75lbs DB Side Raises 3 sets of 8 reps @ 15lbs Reverse Pec Deck 3 sets of 8 reps @ 90lbs Straight Bar Cable Pressdowns 3 sets of 8 reps @ 80lbs Skull Crushers 3 sets of 8 reps @ 45lbs One Arm Overhead DB Extension 3 sets of 8 reps @ 15lbs 30 minutes on a Recumbent Bike - This got me 17 km I think... not bad Light Abdominal Work

Cable Low Row 3 sets of 8 reps @ 130lbs Lat Pull Down 1 set of 8 reps @ 115lbs 1 set of 7 reps @ 115lbs 1 set of 4 reps @ 115lbs Hyper Extensions (BB) 2 sets of 8 reps @ 35lbs 1 set of 6 reps @ 35lbs Seated Calf Raise - Slow and Excrutiating 2 sets of 10 reps @ 170lbs 1 set of 6 reps @ 170lbs Donkey Calf Raise - Slow and Excrutiating 3 sets of 10 reps @ 140lbs No time for Cardio, PLUS, my stomach was terrible. Noisy, and moving around, REALLY Stinky gas. I didn't want to kill anyone. It was also the reason I had to stop at 6 reps on last set of Hyperextensions. I didn't want to let off a bomb.

Week Two, Day Six My Calves were killing me yesterday so instead of legs, I did shoulder and Tri's... Even today the calves are not feeling good enough to get a leg workout in... I'll hopefully be able to kill them tomorrow. I ordered some Syntrax Swole and Nitrous because they were on sale, and I wanted to try creatine / NO. I wonder if it will help me bust out those extra reps. It should arrive next week.

This Sheep is SUCH a SLOB!!! He didn't go to the gym Sunday, is not going tonight because of a presentation he has to give, and can't go tomorrow after work because he's going to montreal fo a concert. Hopefully I have time to go tomorrow morning. I did a chest/bi workout Saturday, but, I haven't had a chance to type it up yet.
