Ok 3 day a week workout, start easy again and work my way up. Day 1 is chest and lats Day 2 is back and bis Day 3 is legs and tris and shoulders The 3 routines will vary as thus routine 1 Day 1 Std Benchpress 5 sets of 10 reps Incline Benchpress 5 sets 10 reps Dumbell press 5 sets of 10 reps flyes 5 sets of 10 reps Cable crossover 5 sets of 10 reps Lat pulldown (wide grip) 5 sets of 10 reps bent lateral raises 5 sets of 10 reps Day 2 Deadlift 5 sets of 10 reps Hyperextensions 5 sets of 10 reps Barbell rows 5 sets of 10 reps Barbell curls 5 sets of 10 reps Closegrip pullups 5 sets of 10 reps Hammer curls 5 sets of 10 reps Day 3 Std bench Squats 5 sets of 10 reps Lunges 5 sets of 10 reps behind back tricep lift 5 sets of 10 reps Dips 5 sets of 10 reps Shoulder barbell press 5 sets of 10 reps front raise dumbell 5 sets of 10 reps Routine 2 Day 1 Std Benchpress 5 sets 10 reps reverse grip dumbell press 5 sets 10 reps Cable bentover pulldown 5 sets 10 reps Lateral raises 5 sets 10 reps wide grip dips 5 sets 10 reps Day 2 Deadlift 5 sets of 10 reps dumbell reverse flyes 5 sets 10 reps rope round neck bendover thingy LOL 5 sets 10 reps Shrugs 5 sets 10 reps horizontal cable curls 5 sets 10 reps Preacher curls 5 sets 10 reps Day 3 Std Bench Farmers walk 5 sets of 1 minute lap. Squats 5 sets 10 reps calf raises 5 sets 10 reps skull crushers 5 sets 10 reps machine dip 5 sets 10 reps Arnold press 5 sets 10 reps Standing dumbell press Routine 3 Day 1 Std bench 5 sets 10 reps Decline bench 5 sets 10 reps Incline flyes 5 sets 10 reps Decline flyes 5 sets 10 reps reverse cable crossovers 5 sets 10 reps wide grip dips 5 sets 10 reps Day 2 Deadlift 5 sets 10 reps dumbell rows 5 sets 10 reps front to shoulder curls 5 sets 10 reps Std bicep curls 5 sets 10 reps Day 3 Squats 5 sets 10 reps Stiff legged deadlift 5 sets 10 reps tricep kicbacks 5 sets 10 reps closegrip bench 5 sets 10 reps Bentover forward dumbell push 5 sets 10 reps (this KILLS the shoulders, a little experimental exercise at best) Barbell press 5 sets 10 reps Il do this for 9 weeks, have a week off, then pick any random one and do it for 2 weeks at 5 reps instead of 10, and start it up again. Im keeping my rest days to a max, and my weeks off frequent, and im changing everything around so my body doesnt get aware to any pattern. Im also going to use explosive reps and slow reps randomly too. Diet wise i am on a budget so my entire diet on my money alone is tuna, pasta, chicken, milk, weightgainer, protein shake, and thats it LOL I can afford 500 grams pasta a day + 3 tins of tuna, 1 pint of milk and loadsa chicken, two protein shakes a day, plus 3 weightgainer shakes. In all i should be getting over 200 grams protein a day and over 3500 calories EDIT:and a whole lotta cod thanks to my fiance

Considering after christmas is only 3 weeks away i might as well start now. This time im going to post my pics up, im 150lbs right now Measurements Height:~6'0" Neck:14" waist(around naval):28.5" Chest:39 1/4" Bicep right:12.5" Bicep left:12.5" forearm right:11" forearm left:11.125" thighs:21.25" calfs:14.25" wrists:7" BF:6-7% Short term goal (1st March): 165lbs 7% BF Longterm goals (1st july): 185lbs 7-10% BF

Std bench 90lbs 10 reps 110lbs 10 reps 120lbs 10 reps 110lbs 9 reps 110lbs 6 reps Notes: Quite good, shame about the last set but oh well il do 90-100lbs again. Then a big guy got me doing this even though it wasnt my leg day Squats 1x15@ 135lbs wide footing legpress 1x15@ 260lbs together footing legpress 1x15 (last 3 reps very fast explosive) front knee curl thingy 1x15@ ??lbs il find out tommorow Lunges 1x15(per leg) @ 22lbs dumbells each arm Lying down pully thing 1x15@ ??lbs Despite the lack of loads of sets and more reps than standard for size, this 1st quarter of his usual superset made my legs turn to jelly.

Tuesday night, exactly 8 days after workout and theyre healed. Sunday was the last day to feel soreness that required stretching to feel-thats 6 days. Yesterday couldnt really feel any soreness Today im fine lol. Also i think i lost craploads of fat round my quads, my legs are actually quite fatty compared to my upper body and the muscle now feels really hard and defined. My jeans are now so small when i sit down you can see the quad shape through them, need new clothes for my legs, upper body wise im getting loads smaller :( I think my upper body loses weight faster than lower body. My squat weight doesnt appear to be affected much either. In general the weight i used was pathetic-but it was a superset, no rest for 6 exercises, by the time i got to the lunges my legs just felt like jelly. I then got a mental-muscle connection and felt weird, but it made my legs work more lol. Im starting up after christmas and will be using supersets with the routines posted above. Im hoping it allows weightgain. This time im using a proper weightgain rep amount too-lets see if it works.

lol cool, my gym opens 2nd january, if this chest thing pisses off-im gonna go training, its a tuesday, il do mondays workout, no biggy. Im hoping that now im doing enough reps, and supersetting it to high intensity, that it will yield loads of gains, mwahaha, i want to be 165lbs at the very least by march. 180lbs

lol revison ive got into it fairly well of late but been struggleing over the last couple of days due to x mas and all. ive been drinking a fair bit which is iunusual for me, but its that time of the year carboxylic acids tomorrow lol fun fun. as for christmas im finding it quite depressing really as its never as good as it was when i was a kid. and these days its a bit of an anti climax. i wait all year then in 1 flash its gone and 354 days to wait again sad really. also this time last year i was saying bi to my best m8 who has moved to austrailia so slightly unhappy memorys which are rather depressing to say the least, but life goes on. ive founda new work out buddy hes a kwl lad stats: 6 foot 7 ish 18.5 stone bit of a gut i put him on the bench press to get a general idea of his strengh and was shocked lol he maxed out on around 50 pounds plus the bar on the smith wtf. i made out he did well thow as i really need a good workout mate. today i was pleased my couson was round and i decided to use him for a spot sice my dad refuses because lifting weights is stupid according to him. i hadnt lifted over 200 pounds since my op, but when i got in my shed i fort fu*k this im gona do it i slamed 2 45s on each side (225 lol), and repped it 3 times fairly easily wtf ive been drinking loads lately, and eating chocalate, and sleeping 4 hours. lets all start eating chocalate i say lol. anyway im 5 foot 9ish tall i fort i was taller, but turns out im not lol. im roughtly 180 pounds at 16 percent bf my arms are 14.8 which is alright not great as they were 15. anyway you get anything good for x mas? been up to much?

Well the funny thing with A2 chemistry is that it makes no sense whatsoever when it comes down to it all. In the first year you could work answers out by going through all the theory and then coming to a point where it had to be true, in A2 you get told something, ask why, and they just go "because it does". you then ask if theres any pattern or easier way of remembering it and they just say "no, it just does, learn it" Which sure is fine, however after 100 equations (of specific reactions that have to be remembered, and some of these babies rack up a good 4 mechanisms) it starts getting a bit ****ing annoying, considering most exam papers ask for 2 at most, but you have to learn all 100 because you never know which ones gonna damn well appear. Biochemistry is dead easy though apart from the genetic part, that can get confusing sometimes. Yeah the tall big people are always weak ive found, the 6'10" 300lbs+ guy at my college is weaker than me, quite hilarious actually. such a supportive dad you have lol! Im never touching alcohol again, my body reacts badly to it, i become a stupid happy hippy guy, laugh, and then spew amounts of sick i never thought possible, i estimate i could have filled half a washing up bowl, and them things hold a good 15 litres of water LOL. Pretty good stats, whats your current longterm want goal? As to everyone else in Chem, last year 20% of students got A's in the country, heres the shocker, out of over god knows how many students, only 11,000 take A2 chemistry, thats insane, no wonder englands running out of chemists! Ive got half a month to revise for 9 exams, which is over 2 1/2 years worth of college accumulative. So right now im feeling nauseus, and i cant sleep well, and i am now suffering from stupid tic things, whenever i get stressed i get weird tendencies to do strange physical things which are called "tics" I used to get the piss taken out of me for doing them when younger in school. Now i just punch them in the face or threaten to chop there balls off while my 6'6" 290lbs friend looks menacing for me LOL. Hes a gentle giant really but hes good for intimidative purposes if ever you get some cocky bastards that starts talking smack to you.
