grantoiz-oxford is only possible with straight A's, ive retaken a few exams so theyl doubtfully let me in Also dont let the "best" universitities fool you, All subjects have the same facts and criteria, no matter what university you go to, in the end most of it is self research, and that research is online or in books, and as long as you have good understanding and ability then your knowledge will be the same if not better than an oxford students. I dont exactly like the whole "WOW YOU WENT TO OXFORD!" thing, or when people boast about there college I go to the 4th crappest college in the UK, yet it hasnt stopped me getting A's in a few cases, yes the teachers are **** (apart from a few), yes the facilities are ****, but the books and internet facts remain the same, and thats why ive managed to get out of that "crap streak of exam results" my college has It does have a few golden students thought, a few years back we had someone go to oxford, and a year afterwards someone got 6 A's at A level.....she's quite intimidating actually, i would never ever get into an argument with her As soon as i get the A-OK with the bio and psych im going for that one

Ok new workout, and i started it today Monday-chest Tuesday-legs Wednesday-back Thursday-shoulders Friday-Arms These are going to be Low rest extremely high intensity workouts. Im going to pyramid, finish off with 2-3 sets of final weight, then do 2 sets of 2-3 reps to finish off each exercise (missed that part out today) and this will allow me to get everything done in 25 minutes as im only doing 1 bodypart a day, with just 2-3 exercises each muscle group. Today was back day, and looked like this exercise 1:Deadlifts (slow movement) 1x20@ 135lbs 1x10@ 165lbs 1x8@ 185lbs 2x5@ 200lbs Notes:Lost a lot of weight and strength, my usual deadlift workout weight is 220-245lbs, oh well. exercise2: bentover dumbell rows 4x6@ 65lbs exercise3:shrugs 3x8@ 135lbs And that was it, very easy and quick, but has got me sore and feeling pumped. I think im going to like this new workout.

Right because ive started this new routine halfway through the week its been slightly hectic but next week it will be spot on Friday i didnt do my biceps as they were still sore from monday (and theyve grown ****loads since that one workout) Instead i did tricep work and benchpress I also took another friend along to the gym His stats are 5'9" 155lbs 16%BF No weightraining experience Max bench-110lbs Max deadlift-135lbs Max squat-90lbs (he used to weightlift a lot aged 11, and his knees snapped, as a result they crunch everytime he goes down, so i didnt want him doing anymore) Pretty good for someone who hasnt ever worked out in years. Now for my workout bench 1x11@ 110lbs (this is unusual, i can usually struggle out 7-8, after 11 i still felt like i could do 3-4 more. 1x4@ 132lbs 1x6@ 121lbs 1x5@ 121lbs 1x1@ 145lbs (WAHOO!) Machine tricep dips 200lbs for all 5 sets I was too busy with my friend to do anything else, but i dont mind really.

Monday-chest one benchpress today, at 155lbs, for 2 reps, shocked the hell out of me. then i did these DB press 1x15@ 33lbs each 1x10@ 40lbs each 1x8@ 45lbs each 1x5@ 55lbs each bentover cable press movement 1x20@ 60lbs each arm 1x10@ 70lbs each arm 1x5@ 80lbs each arm (love this exercise) incline benchpress 1x25@ 70lbs 1x15@ 90lbs 1x10@ 110lbs 1x5@ 120lbs end of day notes:My chest is getting randomly stronger, i used to have trouble standard benching 120lbs, let alone inclining it 5 times...strange.

Basically, in a nutshell, i have spent over £800 in the past 6 months for bodybuilding Ive gained 5-8lbs my strength has gone up a bit and my motivation has now just hit rock bottom If i wish to get to 220lbs of 5-7% BF, i will need to use well over £10,000 if the maths stays like it is, and i dont have that money, its a waste, i could have spent that £800 towards my car, instead its gone on 5lbs of muscle, which i will lose by the end of this month now ive stopped. I cant be bothered anymore, its too expensive, too time consuming, and its getting my body nowhere, it just doesnt grow, so im going to just wait til my body naturally packs on 120lbs of muscle like it did with my dad...and all the other family members lol. Oh also, i have a new bit of knowledge which i now openly admit that i reckon nearly everyone here either a)doesnt do benchpress properly or b)lies about the weight they do His name is oscar He is 6'10" he weighs in excess of 330lbs, at exactly 13.8% BF He has trained for 2 years His max bench is 135lbs So for you little scrawny ****ing midgits benching 300lbs+, **** off

Thats what he said he maxxes on 60kg, which is 135lbs we then talked about other peoples benches and he said his friend is the strongest guy hes ever seen He said he wasnt big, average, and could bench 75kg, which is 165lbs, and oscar was very impressed by that, and to be quite honest, i am as well. Isnt 5th grade like...8 years old?

I have a fairly large chest (under the flab there is actually alot there) and can only rep with around 135-155... I could do alot more but my shoulder is pinging out with a pain such that my arm will give out..

Meh, i havent seen anyone bench over 315lbs And his form was bloody awful, and he weighed in at about 250-260lbs at around 5'9" 10-12% BF. The max ive seen from people in the 150-170lbs weightclass is 165lbs for 1 rep. Thats why i dont understand how 99% of the americans here who are in that weightclass aged 13-14 are benching some insanely stupid figures of 200+lbs I see a lot of regulars and irregulars at the gym i go to, and some of them are pretty damn ripped and dont even bench over 200lbs. I personally believe theyre either doing it wrong or lying, either that or its the steroids in your cows

ive seen 315 pounds been repped 6 times, and the guy was fukin huge. like monsterous, 3 people spotted him as they thought it was so much weight. also i have a mate who trains a bit, and he weighs around 19 stone maybe more, and his max is 150 pounds whcih is pathetic for his size. yeah ive always said it, most people bullshit on here what they bench, but its generally the really new members. jerkin off finkin there rambo. the average weight guy at my gym id say is about 175 to 180, and ive never seen any of these average fairly big guys bench over 200.

I know 3 guys that are all between 5'6" and 5'8" 220-230lbs and they can all put up at least 365. All of them can rep 315 for at least 5 and one of them can put up 425. I know a couple other guys in the gym between 160 and 180lbs who do 8reps of 275, and their form is fine and they arn't taking steriods. They're just serious and train and eat well.

roids in the cows lol Come on it is a little bit coincidental that america gives there cows steroids to beef them up, and americans "coincidentally" have much stronger bench lifts than every (apart from dae but hes a god so it doesnt count lol) english person here who doesnt have roided cows? In a purely scientific scheme, it is the roided cows, i might be wrong, but it just seems TOO coincidental that americans have high bench figures and the british have trouble surpassing the 200lbs mark when sometimes weighing more than that. And it just so happens that the magical ingredient for strength and size is in your cows. Meh just seems too coincidental, i could be TOTALLY wrong, and if ever an experiment is conducted in a proper scientific way that shows me wrong il admit it, no one can be right about everything. But that is my personal belief for now. That is also why i think the british on this forum like grantoiz and me (cant include adam as hes roiding) have similar size and strength gains while americans gain 2-3lbs per week sometimes training at 3/4 of my intensity and eating less than me and having less recovery because of a bad structured workout plan

omg thats annoying. there are ppl not in america who lift just as much. explain world strongest man to me if only americans can lift a lot. lordy stop blaming the fact that you don't lift much on american cows and whatever other "science" you claim. There are other people here just as well educated and well read as you are, so stop trying to push everything off the way you want it and note "science" as the reason. Geez, just go lift. And if you're so damn certain its the cows, go eat a burger.

lol england doesnt roid there cows and importing a burger would be expensive....and cold LOL. Worlds strongest men are genetic freaks, if you look at the history of the majority of them-they were built pretty huge to begin with, and trained for the extra. Thats why im just going to wait it out and let my genes do the work lol.

yh agree with linky here. I believe george W bush has over the years been suplieing steroids to farmers to feed to there cows in order to create a super army to conquer the world furthur. All americains no its true. hows the training going link? you still on the same routine?
