lol, i have been going, i did a very light weight routine wednesday though, didnt go above 132lbs on any exercise, i just felt seriously fatigued.

On the good note, i managed (after 2 weeks of not training)

to bench 140lbs, which i havent done since starting up again 5 months ago.

Now THAT is ****ed up

I train for 4 months-5lbs gain

I take 2 weeks off and gain 5lbs

Il just not do chest for 30 weeks and il have a 500lbs bench LOL.

Ok the workouts i havent posted-i did do, and used the same weights as always.

I shall post a proper routine tommorow for tommorows workout.

Cool stuff last night, went to a pimps and ho's fancy dress party

My outfit was the best of course, and due to a pose i did im ending up on the front cover of the photobook that will be made!

Even better, is in college theres a guy called muscleboy, and he has 16.5" arms

we armwrestled, it took 5 minutes, but i beat him gradually LOL.

Hellz yeah

Even funnier is some 5'9" 140lbs guy decided to push (or try to) my 6'3" (6'4 1/2" in his working boots at the time) 270lbs ish dad...which was ****ing hilarious

My dad looks so big and menacing he can even walk by a gang of over 30 chavs (and ive been with him when hes done it) and shout "chav alert! Hide your money!" and they dont do **** hahaha.

This guy had guts lol, he regretted it obviously LOL

lol im good at arm wrestling never been beat except by my dads mate who is alot heavier than me, i dont no what muscles come into play with arm wrestling my dad used to arm wrestle for the local pub and was second out of 40 blokes and he has never really had big arm muscles 15'' at the most. alot of its skill letting the other guy push as hard as he can tireing him out in the process. my best mates dad reconed he was unbeatable at arm wrestles and i beat him with both arms duno how he must of been about 230 pounds. thats damn good beating some one with 16 inche arms prity amazing.

i take it your doing your ucas application at the moment if your going to uni next year?

Yeah im doing my UCAS, if you want i can post my personal statement in if youre interested lol.

Arm wrestles use the forearm, outer bicep, and the back shoulder area.

I can only just beat my extremely thin (125lbs at 6'1") friend, who has 10.5 inch arms, he can curl over 145lbs barbell with 10.5" arms

Hes stronger than me and mine are nearly 14" now, its INSANE. but my size ends up just about beating him

I use the same tactic and wear them out, its funny actually because it gives people false sense of hope and sometimes when i arm wrestle people they say during it "well im doing good considering you have bigger arms than me" and i just say "...Im just wearing you out mate" and just push there arm down then right there LOL. I win 75% of arm wrestles, ive lost once in the past year, and that was my 6'5" friend, he cant curl for **** but he slaughtered me in arm wrestles. I couldnt even fight back, theyre 1 second wrestles, no one can even stay up for more than 3 seconds with that guy.

I dont know anyone who's beaten my dad in an arm wrestle....though im sure many can, just not living in the right areas etc lol.

I cant even beat him with both my arms with my weight leaning against his arm.

I know for a fact he can curl over 150lbs with one arm because ive seen him do it at work with a girder, and i have trouble even lifting the damn thing up.

seriously...No one messes with my dad...LOL...i live in an area where everyone knows everyone and hes got nicknames which basically state hes mahoosive and bloody strong.

Nice guy though, he doesnt get violent unless he has to. Hes been in 1 semi serious fight. And around 3-4 scraps.

My uncles bigger but i dont know if hes stronger, see my dad does seriously heavy physical labour, so while my uncle weighs in possibly (I dont know his weight im estimating, but trust me, if you saw him, youd say nothing under 300lbs) 30-50lbs heavier, with easily over 24 inch arms (he wears triple XL shirts, which have 25" arm sleeves, and theyre tight round him, he might not be stronger)

I mean that 6'5" guy who weighs 290lbs couldnt lift ****, though from my knowledge my uncle is naturally very strong...

The guys on my dads side family are all big and strong.
The ones on my mums side are muscular and ecto, and fairly strong, but nothing to boast about

Ive got more of my mums side than dads side, though i managed to get peak bicep genetics. every male in my dads family have them even without weightlifting lol

lol yeah i wouldnt mind seeing your personal statement.

this ucas thing is really pissing me off. everyone is given a mentor who basically just checks are applicstions, and helps us, but it seems they are only really interested in making sure the more achedicically gifted students applications are good.  average students like me  predicted for example A in geograpthy C  in business, and D in chemistry, has not even had a meeting its pisses me off. i havent even choosen the courses i wnt to do at which unis. im taking a year out anyway so al be deffering the entrys anyway, but damn ucas is stressfull lol.

anyway i used to have a friend who couldnt beat me with both arms then all of a sudden he grew a foot in height gained about 2 stone, and now beats 70 percent of people with 12.5 inche bis lol.

this guy where i work part time is massive hes quite small about 5 foot 10 but is the most well built bloke ive ever seen. his forearms must be around 16 inches!. the other day he stripped off to his boxers to get changed .(this was in the canteen kinda rude lol) and i nearly collapsed when i saw his biceps they were huge easily 18-19 inche. his calves were even more mad easily 18-19 inche they were prity sick really, they looked like the muscle was dangling off. i was thinking of asking him for an arm wrestle but i was to embarrased because i didnt want him thinking that i fort i could beat him lol
i asked him how he'd got so big, and he said his dad was the exact same. however hed said he had done a bit of body building when he was 18. genetics are an amazing thing, but hes also a bouncer so thats probly why lol.
wish i had good genes my dad thinks he was massive at my age but from pictures he looks like some kind of hippy lol so i doubht he was big.Smile

lol i hate people like them, in a nice way..if that makes sense...totally jealous

I forgot to mention, i got my pimp picture in a newsletter because it was so great, IM FAMOUS! HAHA.

I also saw the 6'5" guy smoking at the party, went up to him and shouted really loud "THAT STUNTS YOUR GROWTH YOU KNOW!"

Im still routining, just taking a break, got half a cold (sometimes i feel bad, sometimes i feel fine, i wish itd just hit me for the 3-4 days and get it over and done with instead of fluctuating like this) but as soon as the end of this week...ends (lol) i shall be back to my old game.
By christmas i want to be 170-175lbs.
Im increasing my calories slightly and im executing the 5x5 again, i want more strength.
After christmas im either gonna 3x10, or Max OT totally, no editions.

Amazingly i did have a major recovery last night but still feel weak.

I was round g/f house and used her bros home weights, as his set only goes to 55lbs, it was humiliatingly perfect, i cant curl more than 65-70lbs non cheating with my new extreme slow movement routine, and my bench has reached new limits of shytness

I couldnt bench 55lbs more than 3 times, after 2 times i just had no energy.
I dont personally think this was my illness, as i was hammering my arms like a mother for a good 25 minutes.

The bastards arent growing, but theyre definitely peaking more and have got loads more defined, for some weird reason my right tricep is outgrowing my left, my inner left tricep just wont grow...even though i do the same exercise with the same weights for both. Ah well.

that's really weird if ur friend can really do that.
barbell curl 145lbs with only 10.5" arms ??
Hell,I wasn't able to barbell curl 140 lbs when I had 15.5" arms !

Yep he can do that, freakin' weird.
I usually do 65-75lbs on preacher and struggle and stuff, he gets on and just hammers em away like its nothing, and he has no peaks or any form of bicep at all-looks wise.

He's good at squatting too, but bench and deadlift hes useless at

Bench max was around 90lbs for him, and deadlift he started dodgy form at 135lbs

u should put a video of that guy curling 145 and than doing 90 on bench lol !

I will certainly try that, i can probably...errrm..."borrow" Smile my sisters camera which does video, it has no sound though, as its specifically a digital camera with a video add on ability.

Yeah when it comes to benching most of my friends suck, right now out of my entire group of friends and people at college that ive asked around who do weights (and i found out that ****ish 6'10" 300lbs guy does weights) i have the highest benchpress, at an amazing whopping 140lbs-on a good day, 130lbs on an average day, and 120lbs on a crap day

I need to be slapped, i just cant help but slack from last week, my diets ****, and ive lost 6lbs so im now 159-160lbs barely.

GRRR!!

Monday was a fiasco, wednesday was just more benching (at 90 FRICKING POUNDS! IVE LOST SO MUCH STRENGTH!) and arm curls. I just didnt have the energy for deadlifting or squatting

friday was tricep and shoulders day, and i did alright, the usual with less weight.

I dont know if its my new found fatigue and the fact i feel like ive been awake for 4 days non stop everyday, or the half cold thing ive got remaining, or the fact i took a week off, but my strength right now is just absolutely crap.

Im hoping tommorow will be better

Im going back to 5x5, or possibly Max OT, I'll see when i feel like it.

On the other hand my academic strength is good.

I got an A in my mock psychology test questions (wahoo!) and i am (with januarys exams) hoping to get a very High B possibly A in chemistry

I need an A in chemistry A in biology and an A in psychology to go to uni of kent for definite
BBB for normal students, and most likely being entered, and CCC to "just" get in there.

I've got two other unis which are basically saying yes.

Out of these 3 unis ive picked 2 courses within each of them (only allowed to opt for 6 in england)

Uni 1
Chemistry (Batchelor of science)
Biochemistry

Uni 2
Biochemistry
Biomedical sciences

Uni3
Biotechnology
Biochemistry and psychology

Im hoping to get into uni 3 with that joint honours degree, it means 2 degrees in the timespan of one, and it isnt a major and minor, this is 2 fully fledged degrees.

I however need a B in chemistry, A in psychology and a B in biology.

Im pretty confident on the chemistry and psychology front, however my biology exams appear to hold lots of wrong answers for reasons i have yet to explain, and my teachers cant either.
The problem with biology is its all a bit of guesswork really.

Doctors pan out this lovely law of the body then someone goes and has DNA that changes the bloody thing LOL.
It also doesnt help when i have a useless teacher


I had a mock exam

i stated lysosomes destroy unneeded cell waste via digestive enzymes, she said thats not what they do

The book says that is what they do

so i start fighting back showing her the book and she starts shouting at me at about 250 decibels of how she "doesnt like my tone" and **** and my fiance ends up having a go at her and thankfully a few of my friends are in biology and started arguing at her too for me.

Ive been to the head of science (great man) and he sorted everything out

She, with a degree, was wrong, and me, was right......That is crap grammar...oh well...

lol AAA would be prity amazing you could get into oxford with grades like them!.
well my achedemic, and bb strength are both right down so think your self lucky ive mist so much school over the last month well about 5 days, that im way behind, and i havent even finished my ucas lol, only just writtan my p statement. however im taking a year out to travel so i could send my ucas off next year if i really wanted. I need to get 240-260 ums points to get onto the courses. so i need an A a c and a d minumum which i should get.

As for bb strengh well i had my surgery on thursday so ive barely moved my arms for 3 days so i might as well have the strength of a 3 year old girl Smile

Hmmm, its ashame i screwed up physics as now im doing psychology AS which is only worth half the points.

Is it just me, or is A2 trends and patterns chemistry basically transition metals explained to the retard style and ligands?

Unless my teacher isnt teaching us properly (which is more than likely) then its damn easy, just PM me and il help you

Heck im the only one without a text book and im the one answering all the damn questions.
