Good workout. Solid pumps considering i have low reps today. I got some bad news im cutting begining tomorrow :( I'll update my diet info later.

GReat workout. Legs were SUPER PUMPED on the walking lunges. WOW. Strengh seem to be holding steady. Hopefully i'll break out of pleateu hell. Cutting thought :(

First i am dumb ive been taking only 1 scoop of re-satur8 while the serving size is 2 scoops.

Great workout today. Strengh is going up :) Pumps are great and i wouldnt change anything! No vascularity or anything. It should be intresting to use this product while cutting :)

DB Bench: 1x15 @ 110lbs, 2x6 @ 120lbs

DB Press: 1x12 @ 85lbs, 2x8 @ 90lbs

Good workout today. Strengh holding steady. No weight loss this week as this weekend kinda blew that. But I feel real good. Military, + CG are up nicely. Muscles get more pumped even on strengh days where reps are low.

Good workout. Switched things up today by doing Deats and Front Squats. Legs felt great. Strengh is holy steady i know cause the deads haven't gone up or down. Pumps were again insane on those walking ludges. THey should be made illegal.

Deads: 1x3 @ 475lbs, 2x2 @ 475lbs

Walking Lunges: 3x15 @ 35lbs

Seated Calf: 3x4 @ 290lbs

Thanks TP. If you saw what my typical day was like you would be like how can he not have good workouts.

Up at 11:00Am, in bed 12-1 AM. - 10 Hours of sleep... no work all day besides from some school work. Its a good set up.

That being said my normal summer is up @ 5:00AM -work till 6pm lift and fall asleep. Working in a factory is good pay just terrible hours.

Great pumps today. Chest didnt pump up on db bench but on BB Inlcine it blew up then on cross overs it was huge. Delts were strong again as i got up 90's on DB shoulder press. Traps also got pumped i love super sets of db shrugs.

Great workout today. Plenlty of pumps in back and arms. I personally find it hard to pumps in the back but today they were great. I did 1-arm cable rows holy cow. That got me going. Strengh is up on same holding on others. I think i'll have enought through sunday which is an off day... i'll let everyone know.

Solid workout today. Pumps were real good despite being low reps. Everything his holding were it's at which is good while cutting but frustrating on me who wants to always wants to be going up.

Final workout today. It's been one of those days but the gym helped get some stress out. Pumps were sick one again on those walking lunges. Just killer. Squats and fronts felt SOO good. My legs just feel worn out. But in the best way.

I'll have my final review up tomorrow with weight, bf, measurements etc.

Coulaids Final Review:

Satur8 Rush:
I always had very nice and clean energy from Rush. I found the energy provided was very clean. Some people have reported with other “Rush” type products that they have gotten sick to their stomach; I never once had a feeling of being sick to my stomach.

I like the fact that there is no proprietary blend and you know how much your getting of every ingredient.

I also had pretty good pumps during my workouts. Rush provided a good pump, but it wouldn’t last to much past leaving the gym approximately 30mins after I left. I have never been one who’s gotten pumps to last all day but this was very good.

The taste of grape wasn’t the best but I have had a lot worse. I suggest getting Orange or Lemon.

Overall I would Rank Satur8 Rush an 8.5\10. B

Re-Satur8:

IMHO this is one of the better creatine blends on the market. There are 3g of CEE, 3g of DiCreatine Malate plus 1g on Mono. I have found when using bulk CEE I still need 5g both pre\post workout. I feel that getting this blend PWO eliminates the need for higer amounts of creatine pre-workout.

Training body parts 2x a week can be tricky while cutting but I feel Re-Satur8 helped tremendously with recovery. I had some DOMS but nothing what I used to have during the Scivation transformation contest (Last time I was cutting).

Re-Satur8 does contain 30g of high gi carbs. Although I do not like drinking my carbs I do feel that the 30g did help and can be used in moderation. I personally cannot go much above 30g of high GI a day with out gaining some amount a fat. I am just very carb sensitive.

Both orange and lemonade are very tasty. I suggest trying Re-Satur8 Orange in a good vanilla protein like Substance… It’s delish! I looked forward to drinking my Re-Satur8 daily.

Overall I would Rank Satur8 Rush a 9.25\10. A-
