Training History: 5 Years, Many different principals used:
Volume Training, Max-OT, HST, Training body parts 2x a week.

Short Term Goals: 1. Bulk To 235lbs
2.Keep Bodyfat Under 20% 3 Strength & Size Gains

Long Term Goals: 1. Always Improve Myself
2. Long Term 200lbs @ 6% body fat
3. Strength & Size Gains

Cardio Schedule: I do cardio 5 days a week after weight training for 30mins. It’s for help with fat gains as well as aid me in recovery. It’s low intensity walking. The fastest I go is 4.2mph.

Training Schedule: It’s set up by Beast so it’s top notch. Therefore you will only see 3 exercises a workout. I will be training 5 times a week, hitting each body part two times a week. My split look like this:

Monday: Upper
Tuesday: Lower
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Chest\Delts\traps Friday: Back\Bi\Tri
Saturday: Lower
Sunday: Rest


Diet: Diet is designed by Chuck and he will be adjusting it as needed. I’ll be eating 3500 calories on my training days. On off days I’ll be eating 2500 calories. I’ll see what information I can give out.

Supplements: The Supplements I am using are(Supps I would drop if a tester in blue):

Whey Isolates (As Needed)
MRM BCAA +G\Xtend (BCAA’s)
PrimaForce Lean Green (2 x a day)

How I Will Update: I will update daily. I am in college so my time is tight with training, class studying and all of that fun plus the fact I am cooking all of my foods. But I will update it in how workouts and cardio went. I will weigh in every Monday with new weight\body fat and lean body mass.

Just had my first serving of satur8 rush. 1 scoop mixed into 12oz of water to me didn't taste like much. I couldnt say if it was good or bad so tomorrow i'll try 1 scoop with 6oz of h2o. Off to the gym :)

Good workout today. Energy was very good today. Focus was solid to but i normally dont have a big problem with focus. I really cannot get a pump on monday\tuesday just because my reps are preey low. Mon\Tue i shoot for 4-6 reps. Thurs\Fri\Sat I should be getting more of a pump. But today muscles felt great. I noticed that i was recovering a little faster between sets.

**This is not my full workout. I am only allowed to show 3 lifts**
Decline Bench: 1x7 @ 275lbs, 2x4 @ 280lbs

Military: 1x6 @ 175lbs, 2x4 @ 180lbs

CG Bench: 1x6 @ 225lbs, 2x4 @ 225lbs

Cardio: Nice

Machine: Tredmill

Time: 30mins

Speed: 3.5mph

Incline: 10.0

Tonight: Class

Tomorrrow: Lower

Great leg workout tonight. Legs feel great. Squats felt really good. Was going down very slow and exploding up from the bottom postion. Legs are my strong point. Calf still very strong and walking ludges are great\hell depending on how you take pain. My legs were extrmely pumped after them.
Pump was insane on the ludges but not from squats, sldl's.

**Not Full Workout**
Squats: 1x6 @ 385lbs, 2x4 @ 385LBS

Walking Ludges: 3x20 @ 30lbs(each hand)

Seated Calf: 3x6 @ 270lbs

Cardio: Needed to slow it down after the lundges,

Machine: Tredmill

Time: 30mins

Speed: 3.0mph

Incline: 10.0

Tonight: Class

Tomorrrow: Chest\Delt\Trap

This is not my workout split it not normally set up this way. Normally today would be an off day but since i cannot workout this weekend i bumped everything up.

Solid workout. Chest felt great. Real good pumps in chest, tri's and delts. Today is a very high these last three days so pumps will be up normally. Everything felt real good. I encourage everyone to try 1 arm db shrugs and see how u like em as i am a big fan. They give me crazy pumps in my traps.

DB Bench: 1x12 @ 110lbs, 2x8 @ 110lbs

DB Press: 1x12 @ 75lbs, 1x12 @ 80lbs, 1x10 @ 85lbs

1-Arm DB Shrug: 3x15 @ 120lbs

Cardio: Legs sore :(

Machine: Tredmill

Time: 30mins

Speed: 3.5mph

Incline: 10.0

Tonight: Class

Tomorrrow: Back\Arms

Great back and arm workout tonight. Pumps great all around. I was able to hit all of my rep ranges very nicely. Very excited about this stack. The pumps thus far have been very nice. It's to early to say about the strengh yet but i have a feeling it will be going up as well. Maybe break the 300lbs bench, 405+ squat? We will see.

Pull Ups: 1x8 @ BW, 2x7 @ BW

French Curl: 3x10 @ 80lbs

Preacher Curl: 1x10 @ 75lbs, 2x6 @ 80lbs

Cardio: Nice

Machine: Tredmill

Time: 30mins

Speed: 3.0mph

Incline: 10.0

Tonight: Class

Okay... I am back from my trip and i had a blast. Diet was very clean and very plentiful :) I did get a workout it and i took Re-Satur8 bot pre\post worout as i didnt have rush with me. It still was a great workot. Pumps were very stong in the legs. The leg press felt great and lunges also felt great. My Gf's bro died during the workout and i could have kept going. I will begin w\ the 2nd half of my workout tomorrow. I've cut back to 1 serving of satur8 a day now.

Here is the workout:

Leg Press: 3x10 @ 720

Walking Lunges: 3x15 @ 35lbs

Standing Calf: 3x15 @ Stack(forgot the weight)

Cardio: None

I used to work directly through Kevin actually. Now we work through a distributor to get ISS' products.

We used to carry MRM's complete line... but we're no longer going to support MRM. MRM burned a really good business friend of mine and I have no respect for that company. He was a sales rep for a major distributor and he spent 9 months supporting MRM and getting them into all the SoCal stores and into a few online stores as well. Then, one day, MRM started contacting all his clients and cutting him out. They'd say "What discount is he giving you? If you go direct with us we'll give you 5% more off." Not cool... but common in this business. If they were that quick to screw him, I know they could be just as quick to screw us in the future. Supplements 101 is here to make money, of course, but we'd rather make a little less and work with better companies then to make as much money as possible with shady companies.

Phew... that was a rant :)

Good workout today. Pumps were strong in my chest, delts + traps. Strengh went up a little. We dont have 115lbs db's so I'll have to really get those 110's up very good inorder to get to the 120's for high reps. DB press felt good and heavy. THe 85's felt real good. It surpises me how many ppl do partial reps on those. DB shrugs got a great pump in my traps. I love doing them. Lemonheadz Re-Satur8 tastes just like lemon lime gatorade it was SOOOO good!! Orange tastes very good in vanilla protein FYI.

Good workout today again. Pumps were solid in back + arms. Switched up some arm work today just diffrent movements. Nothing diffrent with sets reps etc. Arms little more vascular since starting. the log. I'll have some pics up monday along with new weight and BF.

Pull Ups: 3x8 @ BW

Standing Preacher: 3x6 @ 80lbs

DB Xtension: 1x15 @ 85lbs, 2x10 @ 100lbs

Cardio: Nice

Machine: Tredmill

Time: 30mins

Speed: 3.5mph

Good leg day! The gym was packed so it took a little longer then normal. Pumps were very good. In legs which is always nice since its hard to flex them. Strengh seems to be going up steadly which is a good sign. Monday ill have pics, bf, + weight. I think ill be 220-222. I may even begin to cut depending on where my BF % is.

Hack Squats(reverse Squat machine): 3x15 @ 450lbs- if i go hope i use a real hack squat machine weight is a lot less.

Leg Press: 3x12 @ 720lbs

Standing Calf: 3x15 @ 320lbs

Cardio: SOS

Machine: Tredmill

Time: 30mins

Speed: 3.5mph

Incline: 11

Tonight: Walk W\Gf + dinner

Tomorrrow: Off
