short intensity sprints...maybe you would not want that...you would want your partner to eat some fat, proteins, and some slow release fibrous carbs...for long-lasting, on-going energy
Antioxidants such as L-arganine accompanied by L-citrulline & Vits C & E & ALA & Folic Acid (NO boosters) that protect the cells during periods of high oxygenation would be good...not to mention their NO qualities and its assistance in making sure you are still "upright" throughout a rendezvous.
Keep in mind that many things you do can interfere with NO production.
There is a synergy that needs to be in place to get full advantage of NO production...it's absence is why so many normally "upstanding" citizens have "bad posture!"
