Seem like well balanced numbers to me- Not that there's any real formula I know of to figure out what your bench should be in relation to your squats, say- But judging from hundreds of other stats I've seen, it doesn't look like you have any particularly weaker areas- Just keep trying to up them all, I guess.

How old are you? How tall are you? And how much do you weigh?

Someone always has to write on the walls "Mike was here". But then someone else puts an arrow and it says "Mike is a ****got". So Mike comes back to check it out, "What the hell?! I was here but not as a ****got!"

ur 130 pounds? show ur bench, squat, and deadlidt on video then because i think ur lying. ur tiny, guarnteed u cant do those amount of weights at 130pounds. how long have u been working out for? im 5"5 175lbs and i can do 180, so guaranteed u cant do 70pounds over ur bodyweight on bench 120pounds on squats over ur bodyweight, and 155pounds over ur bodyweight on deadlifts. why lie?

ok. here on dbb we don't just jump on ppl and charge them w/ lying bc they can lift more than we can.

clayton - your lifts look pretty balanced. one doesn't look significantly lower than the others. like cpl said, just keep trying to raise them all together. don't let one get too far ahead of the others.

It's definitely possible for lighter people to have impressive lifts. Do a search on lightweight powerlifters- Now those are some impressive numbers.

your squats seems a little low IMO... but i mean like cpl said

its just what areas you are stronger in.. dont work one more than another because its weaker.. just work them all hard, also if you try to focus on one i have a feeling you're gonna overtrain anyway..

And everyones different, some people have stronger legs, some have stronger arms, some are better at certain ones than others, dont worry about being well rounded, bodybuilding is not a well-roundedness contest.

For instance.. my deadlift is low opposed to my squat (my bench is pretty low for my squat too).  I deadlift only like 270 a few times.
