ORIGINAL: joey0 i convinced my dad to let me get BC. this stuff is the sh*t. i took it b4 my chest workout this morning and my max went up by 10lbs!! the mindset of the lifter plays a bigger part than the stuff you take. quote:
Basic Cuts™ is a stimulating, thermogenic fat-burner that will provide increased energy, an increased metabolism, and will be a cost-effective addition to any diet. its a fat-burner/energy booster.. it doesn't give you strength no matter what you wanna think. It's all in your head. You bought it and said "man i'm gonna try out 10 lbs higher I CAN DO IT!" and you did it. The mental effects of supps can sometimes be better in the beginning than the supps themselves.

true, most of the time when you see an immediate result like that, its just a placebo effect. no matter what though, i lost bodyfat and gained muscle while using basic cuts, so im happy, and im sure joey0 will be too. on another note, i convinced my dad to let me buy xceed today, but unfortunately he wont let me use it for a few weeks. so look for an xceed review from me in mid august.

today was my leg/lower back/shoulder day. im not gonna lie, im just not feeling melting point the way i was feeling basic cuts, i dont seea very noticeable difference, but that could be because of the water weight that melting point carries

i think basic cuts alone was better, no cramping and such involved with bc. this may be a dissapointment but ive decided to cut usage of melting point after today. for the last few days my whole body has been cramping and i just cant take it anymore. ill put my final measurements and weight up tomorrow morning.

But i mean did you see better results when taking both compared to taking only BC? And did you take plenty of potassium, becuase that usually solves it...

i get about 300-400mg of potassium in my diet so i dont supplement it. i saw better results while i was on the basic cuts alone

quick question at 149lbs and at 16 years old... why are you taking a fat burner and a stim? IT seams not only useless but dangerous. I can tell you that all of the gains that you got as impressive as you may think they could have been gotten with 2 cups of coffee before workout. If you had to burn of BF I would udnerstand but using it to gain... isnt the wisest choice and it is much easier to go catabolic

Do you have bodyfat measurements for before and after? That's the only thing the really matters here...I don't think we're too worried about results for your wrists...
