question...
what's your diet??

Im 16 years old as well, but we are two completely different body types... I weigh 193lbs and am 6ft 3... and currently dont know my BF%... I ordered a caliper off amazon.com...... would basic cuts help me lose BF%??? or would melting point help?? I really dont see the difference between the two items yet... and whats them combined do?

Thanks,
x32176x35984

i eat a lot of carbs, about 300-400g a day and protein i have about 150-200g a day.  i have some fats here and there but not to much.

basic cuts helped me lose body fat, and i have lost no muscle AT ALL!  my lifts are still going up consistently the same way they did before i started using it, so its not even slowing my gains!

melting point is a nonstimulant fat burner and basic cuts is a thermogenic stimulant(200mg caffeine)

im using basic cuts while im bulking.  it gives me a boost of energy for my workouts, and i can cut my bodyfat while im bulking, with no loss of strength as a result!  i think thats pretty amazing.

hey if im making sales for designer supps, i except a cut of the profits!!!Smile

today i worked out pretty early.  it was my tris, abs, and bis day.  i was able to do 8 dips this week, where as last week i could only do 6.  i curled 60 this week and last week only 55.  i also upgraded to 100lbs for seated curls from 97.5.  my weighted crunches went up from 15 to 20lbs this week.  and for decline situps i used a 55lb weight on my chest where as last week i could only do 50lbs.  my reverse grip pulldowns for tris also went from 55 to 60 this week.  so i am still making pretty consistent muscle gains, while im losing fat!  while losing no size at all except around the waist.  i think after i finish my basic cuts bottle, im gonna buy another one!  im really satisfied with the results, and im loving everything im seeing within the last month!

yesterday i played volleyball, for a lil while, and thats about it.

last night, i had this horrible cramp in my left trap, that was killing me for hours.

today is my leg/lower back/shoulder day.

my mom wouldnt let me get creatine, but im gonna turn to my dad, and see if hell let me sneak xceed behind my moms back again, lol.  i was also looking into kre-alkalyn, i might give sci fit kre-alkalyn 1500 a shot or maybe sci fit kreation.

in case anyone hasnt picked up on it, i havent done much cardio at the gym for about a week and a half now.  the only cardio has been volleyball and ice skating.  after putting on some water weight to please my mom for my physical a few days ago, i weighed myself this morning and im back to 146.  i think thats pretty good considering ive been gaining muscle while losing fat, so i dont expect the weight loss to be significant in any way.  its great to know that when i bulk, i can use basic cuts and be able to pack on a few extra calories everyday and only gain muscle, no fat.  im also happy that i havent lost a huge amount of weight, because im already a lightweight, and i wanna gain some weight by fall for hockey.  hopefully by then, i can convince my mom to let me get a tub or two of xceed.

also my bottle of basic cuts is going to be finished in two days, so ill have more measurements up.

i ran into someone i havent seen in about a month at the gym and him and his father said that my chest got a lot bigger and so did my shoulders.  i was happy to hear that, cuz that means that im still gaining muscle and my waist is getting smaller so it making my chest and shoulders look even bigger!

yesterday i decided to give my bodya rest so i did 30 minutes of cardio instead of my chest and back day.

tomorrow(friday), im going ice skating again, so i wont be going to the gym.

sunday i will resume my regular workout schedule starting at my chest/back day.  by changing my schedule im getting my body an extra 5 days of recovery.

today is my last day of basic cuts, ill post measurements tomorrow morning at around 10, shortly after i wake up.

the only major difference in my eyes is basic cuts is a stimulant and melting point isnt.

and i read the same stuff on their site that you did, and i read some reviews.  i didnt really do any deep research into ingredients and the like.  so basically im saying that i didnt understand every aspect of bc and mp, but i had a good enough understanding of them, so much that i felt safe enough to sneak them behind my parents backs, lol

dude do ur parents even know u have this stuff cus i tried to buy BC at vitaminshoppe last night and my dad got into the whole "what r ur goals" and "its not like u have any fat on you" stuff and wouldnt let me get it.  what was wierd was the main reason he wouldnt let me buy it was becus of the caffiene,  that jus seems wierd to me.

Measurements as of June 20th(beginning of basic cuts):
Neck:13.5
Chest:38
Left Arm:13.125
Right Arm:13(my arms have an 1/8" difference)
Forearms:11.125
Wrist:7
Stomach(at belly button):31.25
Waist:31.75
Hips:36.75
Calves:14.25

Measurements as of July 21st(End of basic cuts and 2 weeks into melting point)
Neck:13.375(-1/8)
Chest:37.75(-1/4)
Left Arm:13.25(+1/8)
Right Arm:13
Forearms:11(-1/8)
Wrist:7
Stomach(at belly button):31.125(-1/8)
Waist:31.5(-1/4)
Hips:36.25(-1/2)
Calves:14.25

Overall im pretty happy with basic cuts.  everyone should give a it a shot.  i now have better definition throughout my body and i can now see the veins in my arm going the whole way up to my shoulders, i can even see a single vein in my calves.
My explanation for my chest being smaller on the last measurement is because i havent worked chest in a little over a week, due to my 5 days off im taking now.
i also think my results couldve been even better if i didnt almost completely slack off the cardio for the last two weeks.

I even managed to pack on a good amount of muscle while on basic cuts.  If you look in my sig i actually gained two pounds while using it! From 149 to 151.
