i tried out the body fat calipers tonight and my results said i had 6% bodyfat.  for some reason i just find that hard to believe.  it could be possible though cuz i carry most my fat on my lower abs

today i started melting point, i took it with my breakfast upon waking.

i guess this is now my basic cuts/melting point review.  ill be taking melting point 4 caps a day, two when i wake up and two at about 5-7pm.  i may up the doseage to six caps a day, but ill have to see if i get any cramping from melting point.  ill just keep up drinking about 1.5 gallons of water a day, if not ill really have to drown myself in water to get much more than that.

from what ive read, melting point retains water am i correct?  it seems to be true because iv havent been going as much even though ive taken in a ton more water today.  also the times i have gone its been yellow, not clear like it usually is later in the day.

Yes, some users do experience a little water retention from MP.

If you happen to experience any cramping, then just pick you up some potassium from your local walmart or drug store.  They come in 99mg tabs, so just take 3 with breakfast, and then 3 with dinner.  This will help with both the water retention and cramping if you happen to experience them in the first place, because not everyone does.  And remember, drink plenty of water.

can potassium realy dissipate water retention?

and as far as the cramping goes, would i notice that right away, or would that come in to play after using mp for a few days?

since i started mp yesterday ive upped my water intake to a point where im sipping from a bottle almost all the time it seems like.  ive been going to the bathroom every 15 minutes or so though, so i havent started retaining much water yet, if i do retain any at all from mp.

Potassuim works by aiding in muscle contraction and in maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance in body cells, so this is how it helps with the water retention and muscle cramping.  Don't forget the magnesium too.

i take ZMA so i think im good in the magnesium department.  hopefully i dont run into any side affects from mp.  everything is fine as of now, but ive only used 6 caps so far, so it may take a while to see any changes.

also was thinking about upping the doseage to 6 caps if i dont get any cramps after the first week.  would it be ok for someone my age and weight to use 6 caps?  cuz on the bottle it says 6 caps for the average 200 pound male.

also itseems like my recovery time has been dragged out a lil bit, usually after my chest workouts its sore for a day.  right now two days after my workout, its still sore and it hurts.

ever since yesterday ive had a nasty little twinge of pain in my left trap, its a pain in the neck literally

my recovery from my workouts is taking forever.  my chest is still sore 3 days later, and my triceps are sore for the first time in awhile after a workout.  if it doesnt et any worse than this, ill have to say itll be worth it in the end.  but just after 2 days of melting point, my recovery is crippled.  good thing i only work each muscle once a week.  even though i kinda need my tris for my shoulder workout tomorrow.  i also still have an annoying pain in my neck that isnt slowing down.

im gonna take your advice 40 yard, and pick up potassium from vitamin shoppe this thursday when i go with my buddy.  ill be picking up xceed that day too.  hopefully thatll be a good enough combo to speed my recovery back to a point that its normal.

no matter what happens im gonna push through and finish the bottle of melting point.  i wanna finish the review, lol

being sore means u worked ur muscles, so thats good.  to help with the soreness tho, try some bcaa's + glutamine.  check to see if ur whey already contains these, and how much it has.

my evopro has 3g of glutamine, and i get all the bcaas i can evre need from my whey and casein.

im pretty sure my chest is still sorew cuz of the mp.  my chest is always sore for ONE day after my workout, but this time its been THREE days, so im kinda worried if mp is affecting my recovery.

for the last 3 days ive been using 6 melting point.  i havent upped my water at all and i havent experienced any major cramps, so hopefully i can stick with 6 a day for the rest of the cycle.

today, i played frisbee games and i went to the gym for chest and back day and did 10 minutes of fast paced walking on the treadmill.
