yesterday was my tri, bi, and shoulder workout, i was lifting more weight than last week, again, so im still making progress even while on a thermogenic, which is great! today im going to do more HIIT for 30 minutes at the gym.

ive now added ZMA to my supps list. i notice that im always hungry since ive been on basic cuts, but thats to be expected when usinga diet pill.

im very satisfied so far w/ my results. my strength and size muscle wise has not changed, but im noticing some fat reduction and more definition, its great to know that w/ basic cuts i can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time! Update: today is my leg and ab day+15 minutes cardio, i cant wait to get into the gym! also i noticed now that even 10 minutes after i eat, im hungry again. but through my eyes, thats a good thing. it tells me that the basic cuts is doing its job!

today i biked for 15 minutes. ever since i started the ZMA 2 days ago, ive been sleeping a lot better! also soon my stack will be: GNC Mega Men Sport Cytosport Whey Melting Point Basic Cuts ZMA Evopro

yesterday at the gym im still impressed, my lifts are still on the rise and my weight and bf% is going down, basic cuts is a great thermogenic and at the 1.5 week mark of using basic cuts, im very satisfied with what its done for me!

on monday i went to the gym and worked bis, tris, and abs. later in the day i played volleyball again. 4th of july i went to the boardwalk for about 3 hours so i was on my feet the whole night. the 5th(today) will be my legs, lower back, and shoulder workout.

ya, it was fun, even though there was an annoying girl chasing me and my friend around, lol. i hope that my melting point and body fat calipers come via UPS today.

Measurements as of June 20th(beginning of basic cuts): Neck:13.5 Chest:38 Left Arm:13.125 Right Arm:13(my arms have an 1/8" difference) Forearms:11.125 Wrist:7 Stomach(at belly button):31.25 Waist:31.75 Hips:36.75 Calves:14.25 i got my body measurements for the halfway mark of basic cuts(2 weeks). im using basic cuts while eating a bulking amount of calories.(3000 is maintenance for me, i eat 3100-3300 a day) Neck:13.5 Chest:38 Left Arm:13.125 Right Arm:13 Forearms:11(-1/8) Wrist:7 Stomach(at belly button):31(-1/4) Waist:31.625(-1/8) Hips:36.5(-1/4) Calves:14.25 i think thats pretty good, i kept the same measurements while getting more cut, with the exception of my forearms(-1/8). and what makes me the happiest is that my midsection got smaller(stomach, hips, waist). im very impressed by the results are seeing, my midsection getting smaller, my upper and lower body keeping the same measurements while getting more ripped, and my lifts are still going up. i really cant wait to start melting point, ill bet the results will be even better! as of today i replaced muscle milk w/ evopro in my stack

today was shoulder/lower back/leg day. my lifts were all up again from last week! i also got in a quick 10 minutes on the treadmill afterwards. i also noticed that my body is getting a nice V-shape. ive always had veins showing on my hands to my elbows but now i also see the veins on my biceps are starting to show pretty clearly, even when im not pumped or just worked out.

no, i dont think its super hardcore, like ephedra or something, its just a thermogenic fat burner with some caffeine, it does its job, and i am loving the results im seeing. its not like im seeing a HUGE reduction in weight, but thats because im still bulking while taking basic cuts. i guess if you were eating a cutting amount of calories, than maybe you would see a more dramatic weight loss, but im just guessing.

im very happy, today i came home from the gym and at the door was my body fat calipers and melting point waiting for me!!!!!!!!!!! im gonna measure my bodyfat tomorrow morning and also start melting point than too. 2 houra of ice skating really takes a toll on your lower back, im glad im not working it out for another 4 days!
