NO.

This reminds me of where I work. Messaging.

Somebody will send a message to a distribution list.

Somebody will reply all and ask to be removed.

Somebody will say "me too"

Somebody will say "stop replying all" as they reply all

Somebody will say "yes. stop replying to everybody!!!" as they reply to all

The only way to kill that and this.. is quit replying.

Sure I could lock the thread. But then I would have to be judge and jury on every single thread. And while I want to be.. I can't.
