31/8/07 legs squats 225 * 10 10 sumo deadlift ( focusing on driving with the legs) 225 * 15 265 * 10 285 * 6 315 * 6 330 * 6 hmmmm squats. would of like 12-13 on 225 maybe i could of. sumos were good. it was all about driving with the legs and keeping my back straight upwards. with vertually no movement through out the lift. felt good. feeling good at the moment been steroid free for a week now. lost 2 pounds, but also lost 3/4 inche off my waist as a reuslt of cutting out all chocalate.

1/9/07 <<< where the **** has this year gone. triceps close grip bench press 205 * 7 205 * 5 5 skull crushers 50 kg 115 * 5 5 1 arm tricep ext 15 kg * 9 7 8 6 good the close grip benchs have actually gone up slightly since i finished my cycle skull crushers awesome ive been taking 2000 mg of tribulas a day so i think its kicking in, and my test os rising naturally again.

Nice one on the tribulus, raising sperm production levels through them, clever decision! Your strengths staying stable it seems! haha yes being big can make you a target, but it can also make you a safer target, but hey, good luck on getting to your goals. also, yeah, where HAS the year gone?! this year has been super fast, i think its because were similar ages, and at this age time starts feeling faster, more responsibility, youve got a job, and as a result you get into a routine, and before you know it the years out. As to chavs, funny **** man, i love the pussy chavs, i got a pizza 2 nights ago and there were a gang of them at the entrance to an alley, i walked through them all and one said "hello mate" and they all laughed. I just turned round and said "...I dont get the joke, was that the punch-line or feed-line? because it doesnt quite make sense" then they said "you trying to be smart?" so i said "No...i already am smart, i just want to know whats laughably funny about the words "hello mate"" which followed by "yeah your mum" which i then said "why are you coming out with random sentences that make no sense?" follwed by "yeah innit" I just furrowed my brow like wtf?! that makes no sense, rolled my eyes, and walked off, and they shouted "yeah you better run" so i turned round, stared them down, made a sudden jerk and half of the ones sitting on the alley gate flinched ready to run, i just laughed and carried on walking so much fun when theyre the pussy ones.

lol hhaha i get that crap all the time i ignore it most of the time this druggys been ringing me saying hes going to ''rip my teeth out'' because his girlfriend dumped him because of me apparently. even though i havent seen her in 5 months, wtf? im not too scared though because hes 130 pounds max. i figure i could deal with him with little fight experience. hmmm strength is okkk at the moment its reduced a slight bit.. if i get 225, 8-9 times tomz i will be happyy. this week will really decide it for me if my cycle was worth it. im hoping the trib will help, every time ive done it ive strength about 1/3 the amount i did on d-bol, but it gave me spots quite badly so ive never given it long than 4-5 weeks, however my d-bol cycle gave me no spots, so perhaps im too old for spots now hehe

3/9/07 chest bench press 225 * 8 closeish grip 225 * 7 normal grip 225 * 6 pinkies on rings v wide grip for me 1 arm incline press 70 kg (each db 35 kg) * 6 7 * 6 6 * 7 8 wide grip bw dips 1) 15 2) 17 hmmm ok. not to bad liek i predicted weights down, but not really to much. before the cycle i could do 225, 5-6 so im still higher, and i actually feel i coulda got an extra rep out and got 9, but i had no spotter. inclines were just as good as ever. dips were too easy, i need to buy a dip bet... im feeling good i feel certain i WILL hit 225, 9 times next week.

Looking good.. I predicted a slight change in rep range. You know I recently had to change routines due to my energy level endurance is back to **** without anabolics.. I have not used anything for 6 weeks. I can't rep 225 for more then 9 reps now but I can still hit 250 for 5 reps. Its really odd but yeah... You may have to switch it up to a 5x5 routine.. Thats just a tip incase next week when you go to bench you realize that your not even hitting 225 but barely 8 times and really struggling on the 7th.

yep your right my endurence has suffered a bit. al give that a go next week. deadlifts today this will be a test. im hoping 405, 5 times, 4 at the minimam.

right not been feeling too good, had a bad cold, but im over the worse. weights 187 holding firm after cycle, ive lost 50 % of the strength gains i got, but ive still kept the other 50% so its not bad... anyway 8/9/07 legs squats 135* 10 225 * 12 hacks 265 * 6 sumo deads focusing on just using legs 265 * 12 315 * 8 345 * 6 squats average... lost one rep on 225 since finished cycle, bt to be fair i only added about 15 pounds onto my squat, as i trained legs at home, and alls i have for leg training is a squat rack and barbell sumos good, slightly up from last week, im only really using my legs to get the weight up or trying at least. im aiming for 350 * 6 next week. that would be around 50 pounds less than my normal deadlift stance, so sumos are still a weak point, but not so long ago my sumo max was 100 pounds behind... monday is bench day, im hoping i can still do 225 * 8...

I just got over a cold... It really ****ed me up.... I only weigh 200lbs now and Your probably right there with me in strength. I am weak now... O wells... How depressing isn't it.. I think the thing that gets me the most is I was up at just about 210 and my strength was right where I wanted it to be.. Now its just a little more then it was lol. ****!!! Time for natural gains to get back to where I was BTW grant what ever you have done un naturally you can get back to naturally over time.

i hate getting ill, it sucks. yh i think im starting to gain naturally again at the moment, i did a trap workout last night ( i never bother to record them), and my shrugs are back up to 300 without straps, which is simular to when i was on the cycle, when i first finished i was only doing 290 with straps. seems like my traps and chest have reduced the most in size since the cycle. i really havent got high hopes for getting 225, 8 times today. on a happier notei booked a month holiday to australia at x-mas! im going to stay with my bud who moved out there, i cant bloody wait party time! only problem is i told my mate id be benching 315 before christmas, so i might do another d-bol or t-bol cycle to raise me up! my parents found my nolvadex the other day (hiddn under my bed) but i manged to convince them they were head ache tabs ! they would of killed me!

who hides headache tabs? Do they know about your tribulus? Just say its another supplement. Most people wont put pills=steroids most people think its needles, so dont hide stuff too much, or hide it better than under the bed (what were they doing looking under there anyway? lol) undo some carpet, lift up a floorboard, stick it in there.

Imagine how I felt.. I was in the bathroom doing a shot I put it in my pocket to get it in my bedroom without being seen and I left it in my pocket.. I still feel like **** about it. I told him it was just HGH and not a big deal... The funny thing is he was actually cool with that... My old man is not that against steroids anyways though. My mom found my left over anadrols and nolva recently and she just moved it into a case that goes into my dresser.. I guess it does not matter though I am 23 and I give them 750$ a month for rent.. You know the funniest part is my parents care more about weed then steroids.. If they smell it or see me smoking they are like don't bring that around the house!!! I think they would be more pissed if they caught me with injectable steroids now though... Because I guess they did not know it's a felony to have them. lol if my dad saw a needle fall out my pocket he wouldnt think it was steroids hed think it was heroin or somthing! this wont be a problem for me soon becuase im moving out of my parents house on the 17 th, ive got myself a nice little flat, small but nice inside.. therefore i will be keeping everything where i want it LOl, only probs is i wont have the internet, but al update from my parents house. whilst on the subject i was inquiring on hgh to my couson who gets my stuff, and i couldnt believe how expensive that stuff is,,!!

right todays back, and bicep day, but ive decided to dump the conventional deadlifts at least for a few weeks, becuase im doing sumo deads on leg day, and these are way weaker than my normal deadlifts so im going to concentrate on geting these up... if i stuck with the normal deads it would mean i was deadlifting twice a week, adding the sumos and conventional ones together! which would be too much. my aims today are bb rows 225 * 8 225 * 8 chins bw * 10 9 close grip chins 10 10 im worried there isnt enough variation in my back workouts i need another excerise becuase i do it from home.
