prity good felt strong... shoulder presses getting good i videoed the first set so when i get time al post it up.

but its like 10 mins long so i need to cut the video cus i ****ed up using the camera so when i work that out al sort it.

feeling good at the moment. started taked 6-oxo with my cycle, and my balls are nearly back to normal size very impressed with that stuff

Damn son!! your damn near right up there with me.. I mean you are really freaking close!! I hit the 235 x 9 the 230 x 10 Shooting for 240 x 8.

Your form was nice too!!! even on my last 2 - 3 reps my back usually arches a bit.

Congrats bro! That is a hell of an accomplishment. You should be able to hit 295 now max. Try THIS! warm up then 255 x 2 275 x 1 295 x 1

Dont wear your self out though rep 135 out for 10 reps get a good stretch.

cheers bro, im so close to 300 i may even be able to do it with a bounce. ive added 30 pounds onto my bench on this cycle the d--bol seems to have really kicked in but this is my last week. just shame i havent got it naturally. i dnt feel as satisfied, but i no if i hadnt of done this cycle it would of taken me at least 5 months to hit this.

get in there!

also ive been thinking................ i want to get my bench up to 350, deadlift up to 520, and when this happens no matter what weight i am im going to cut, and basically stop with the heavy lifting, a personal goal of mine is to run a marathan, probs the londen to raise some money for cancer research. so basically what im saying is i dont want to turn into a monster..... every where i seem to go people seem to stare and me and people at work wont stop making comments. i generally like to keep myself to myself i dont like to much attension, and its bugging me.

i went the pub on friday nite with 2 m8s. one is 6 foot 8, very tall! not big just average build slightly chunky with a belly, and the others my height but fat as hel. and i really did think i stood out. every1 was gorming at me. this lad walked up behind my tall m8 and smaked him round the head for no reason, i was prity drunk so i said cum on m8 uve had to much to drink go sit down, and he started flexing his muscles which were non existant, and saying just cus youve got muscles al knock you the **** out! whats your name boy, and i go grant! , and then he was like owwww grant mitchell ehhh ( the big bald guy of eastenders) and basically taking the piss saying my name fitted my size, i mean the guy was starting on me for no reason!? wtf, i feel saw that he was just trying to prove himself by saying these fings to me so i just ignored him, but that skinny ear ring wearing twat ruined my night, but i was told hes a dick by every1 and hes the same to all people, but still being big can make people targets....

then on the way home at like 3 am this gang of chavs who i vaguely know stoped on bikes,and tryed intimidating me, but i knew they were all pussys no ignored them in the end they were all asking me questions about how i train etc which was nice, but the you must take steds ? poped up... but i have no reason to be pissed at that now.

You can hold the weight for up to 7 - 10 days then it sheds off as fast as you put it on.. if you increase your diet you can maintain a bit of it though. I am not sure how many MG's per day you were taking... 20 - 30?


Anyways good luck man! The strength usually lasts for 2 - 3 weeks before that starts going away. You may still get stronger up to 3 - 4 days after you stop. Anyways I wish the best of luck to ya bro. work your ass off to maintain what you got homie! Smile Smile

well im still doing ok. ive really uped the cals. i only actually gained 5 pounds... but loads of strength. i was on between 15-25mg per day.

next mondays session will reveal all
