40 is it alright if i had xtend to my supplement list it would look like xceed pre work out xtend during xceed again after I would suggest that you push the second serving of xceed back some, so it's 6-8 hrs after the first serving, so that you spread out your creatine.

well yeah but i order thru dpsnutriton.com exclusively because they have the lowest rates on supplements and shipping and being that i live in new york and they are based in PA, regular ground shipping that only costs $5 gets my order to my house in 1-2 business days. cant beat that.

Xceed is adequately dosed in both CEE and NO, unlike NO-Explode which only contains a gram of creatine per serving. You can generally find Xceed anywhere from 32.99-36.99 for 50-55 servings. It just depends where you purchase it from, but regardless, it is still good value for what you get with Xceed.

so a bottle of exceed is cheaper for 50-55 serves but NO Xplode is more expensive for like 40 serves? but ya only take 1 serve of NOXplode a day.. how many times ya gotta take exceed? btw. NOXplode serves is only 1 scoop (20.5 grams)

nox is def more than 1 scoop per serving. its more like 2-3. and after a while it loses its effect on you, or atleast it did for me but hey, thats why you gotta cycle stuff nox works great, i really liked it aside from the taste but there are better bargains for your money. if youre lookin to get big, ur gonna need alot more than just nox, most importantly being a strict ass diet and alot of protein.
