i use flax seed oil 1 cap 3 times a day, its a 1000mg pill.  is that to much EFAs?

Whether it's from a supplement or not it's still an EFA and each gram=9kcal!

Negative moralski... You seem to have traces of either Methylenedioxymethamphetamine [MDMA], Amphetamines and/or Cocaine (possibly even mescaline [as it's chemical structure is similar to MDMA]) on your face!... Ethyl Alcohol (Ethanol) leaves a completely different trace (especially if dehydrated) days later (depending on amount of intoxication and sleep)!... Did you possibly take any of the above drugs at an earlier time... If so, how long before the date that the picture in your avatar was taken???

That's 3 grams of an ALA=9X3=27kcal! That's definitely not too much!... It's not the most efficient way of consuming DHA's & EPA's but it's not too much!

danmirage... What are your thoughts on my daily EFA's supplementation?...

I take 1 teaspoon (~5ml) of each of the following fish oils daily while cutting=1 tablespoon (~15ml)...

IMO both sources of Vitamin D are optimal! (I get no more than 800IU's daily from supplements!)

Smile You're smiling in the picture above... It is inaccurately readable!

A trace is what certain drugs leave behind on the face especially if taken chronically in a row without letting the body properly fully recover from the intoxication (primarily uppers/stimulants... Downers mostly leave traces in/near the eyes while uppers mostly leave them on the face)! The trace will partially disappear as you discontinue that drug use!... The trace might completely disappear depending on several factors! A trace can be falsified!
