I got my information on cycling creatine from a nutritionist and the leukic from someone who uses anabolic enhancers in the past, and I trust his judgement. He has even told me that taking them for one month will benefit you for months and months. Its like a kick start.

the thing with leukic is its 7.2 grams of leucine if uget a store brand the most i ever see is 2 grams if ne one can help me out that would be appericated

One the same subject, Ive been taking MuscleTech products for years now, but with the new stuff out it is hard to determine what products you can stack. I Love CellTech, and was thinking of anator BUT, after the Loading phase, celltech and anator both need to be consumed dirtectly after the work out. Anator also has a serving of creatine. Seems a bit much to consume cell tech woith 10g of creatine a serving as well. And if you wanted to stack CRE, Leu, and Gak, That is another serving of Creatine a day. So, if anyone has any good or negative thoughts on a well combined stack that should be taken please drop some more replys. At the moment this is what I do daily. Hydroxycut hardcore at wakeup meal 1 3 eggs, 1 serving of Oatmeal made with 1 cup of milk. 8oz of steak / 1 serving of fishoil, cromium picolinate, L Glutamine meal 2 1 chicken breast, 2 serving of brown rice meal 3 2 serving of white albacore tuna, 1 serving brown rice meal4 1 chicken breast, 1-2 cup salad, 1 serving of cottage cheese Workout Celltech consumed after meal 5 large steak, 1-2 cups salad, cottage cheese/ 1 serving of Fish Oil and L Glutamine meal 6 2 serving of Jerky and penuts

No, not right now. Im trying to dropa few pounds in the process. Im just getting back into it, so for those of you who know what its like to have a LOOONG break and the start again, feel pretty weak. So, until i get back to where I was STRENGTH wise, ima keep the protien shakes out. Just lean means, and high protein foods and snacks. Costs enough as it is HAHA

IMO Shakes should be a Staple in anyone who is into making muscle gains diet.

Yea Chris, I agree. Whey Protein is for lean muscle mass. For those of you out there wanting to gain weight, its all about the diet. Mass builders are crap and most are just a bunch of empty caloris to fatted you up. You Need to EAT BIG to GET BIG. only a small portion of protien should be consumed in the form of a supplement. That meal plan im on and is only around 2000 calories total, which is the Daily intake stated by the FDA. In the next few weeks I intend on doubling the meat that I eat at each meal, and take a whey shake around 300am, yea gotta set the alarm clock. lol

Hi i am new to this forum and have been training for about a year. I am now lookin to get a stack to help my progression rate, any ideas? I was thinking about this BSN No-Xplode Cell Mass Nitrix Cheaters Syntha-6 is this too much for someone of 16 who weights 170Ibs? give or take lol

hey guys, i know that this might sound really dumb... however, i just started broadening my horizons with supps and what not... really trying to get myself the biggest as possible, and as healthy as possible... what do you guys mean by "stack"? i know that it means all of the supps that your taking... but when u say muscletech stack i get kinda confused... i'm on nano vapor, which is muscletech and i really really like it... what are the names of the muscle tech products you guys are talking about with the gakic, creakic, and leukic... i'm just wondering, because muscle tech just came out with new products now and all of them are called the "muscle asylum project" i think.. and i'm been doing alot of research on those and i think i might buy the post w/o supp along with my nano vapor on my next cycle... what do you guys think? LOL and please answer my questions nicely... sometimes i'm slow... haha

LOL and please answer my questions nicely... sometimes i'm slow... haha hey im pretty new to this as well. this is what i know from what ive read. many people tend to lable muscletech as overhyping and overcharging their products. ive heard alot of great things about nano vapor and celltech but im very suspicious about the rest of their line. they are one of the most expensive out there and that doesnt always mean they are the best. so just be carefull and dont blow all your money when there are other brands out there that are just as effective.
