im 15 years old (male)  im 106 and yeah not into bb at all not my thing. im not gonna give detail but i need to pack down to 100 pounds oh yeah im 5,5 so help me or not i need to lose it and dont talk me out of it either and yeah are there any diet pills out there right now im one green tea diet pills but its really maintaining me but so you know im not some twig either im working on my arms, and stomach as of now and legs i just wana be 100 i hafta be that kinda number thanks....

First step- Find out how many calories your body needs.
Head over to our nutrition forum, look at the top for the post about calorie calculators. Use the info in there to get a number- then, to lose fat, minus 300-500 from that number. Believe me, it might sound like a lot of food, but it works- When you don't eat enough food, your body tends to shut down it's fat burning because it feels threatened. It'll try to hold on to that fat as much as possible- So, once you have a number, post it here and we'll try to help put together a meal plan.

Your 5 5 and you want to be 100 pounds? Girls aint gonna like that.

Someone always has to write on the walls "Mike was here". But then someone else puts an arrow and it says "Mike is a ****got". So Mike comes back to check it out, "What the hell?! I was here but not as a ****got!"

It sound to me like your preparing for a boxing match or something. Take cpls advise and dont do anything stupid like develope an eating dissorter. Losing weight is a part of bodybuilding, look up "cardio-paced weight lifting."

haha i dont care what girls think this is about me and i have plenty of ppl who like me and think i look good bc of how i look now...this might sound insane but you know nicole richie even tho shes a girl and im a boy but she still sorta inspires me i mean my jawlines good and all but hers is better i need mine to lose more fat and i like her from the side and everything..i just dont really wana figure out a diet plan i just want something simple but i will drop weight and i am not getting ready for a boxer match. thanks if you can help me out.

im dealing with a desperate need to be 100 pounds im very upset how i look right now i think 100 pounds will do me good and bring my jawline, wrists, out even more but today infact with a friend i went to pathmark and got healthy foods like oatmeal, diet bars, oranges, salad leaves, breakfest bars, special k. so im eating heathy too and lots and lots of water. at least 8 cups daily but i keep maintaing i think its time i drop a few you know. thank you

im sorry but sir i cannot give you advise i would never give advise that is unhealthy ot my knoldge and i know of no way to get to 100 pounds at 5"5 healthly so i cannot help you
 
beleive me sir form some one on the opposite end of the spectrom weighing a certun weight wont make u feel any better about your self u can try and try but eventualy you'll ahev to deal with you imperfections
