Let us know if you need any help. One thing I do that ensures I eat healthy all day is make tons of chicken breasts- Enough for a whole week or so, all at once. Freeze some, stick the rest in the fridge, defrost as necessary. The last few days, I've been preparing them like this- Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken breasts, wrap two of them together in a foil pouch along with some chopped red/green peppers, throw in the oven at 400 for an hour or so. It's quick, easy, and when you throw one of those breasts on some whole wheat bread, makes a nice healthy meal- Even tastes good cold. Or, you can eat with whole grain brown rice, whatever- I've been using the wheat bread lately as my carb source for more meals because there's no prep time, and I've been busy.

I'm assuming the turkey breast is the cold cut kind? If you could go with something more natural, it'd be better- That stuff's processed. Other than that, not bad though.
