I believe there are instructions on the box for timing of the packs?

JAMA now recommends a multivitamin for all adults...you are darn close!

Assuming your physician has approved of taking this and you have no contraindications with any of the ingredients or any possibility of interactions with any medication you are taking....and if you do have to see a physician...they should know about your taking this multi..as it has herbs and other substances not "normally" found in a standard multi.

You can always start with 1/2 and see how you feel.  For a few days, see if you have any reactions...

The champion mrp would be used three times a day, that means one jar would last 5 days.... Looks pretty costly. How long should I bulk with this stuff for? Im looking to put on ALOT of weight, im only 138 and im thinking of even hitting 200-225 as a goal.

Please don't make that newbie mistake.

Read the gaining mass link I give on page one.

Plan to eat your food.

Use the MRP to cover 1 or 2 meals tops.

Don't use it the way they recommend.

Their recommendation has to do with selling more product!  Gather up your common sense!!!

Look at what is in a scoop or serving and take as many scoops as it takes to get the right calories for you...if the carbs are too high...add pure protein and fat to adjust...and eat veggies with it or else!

Why don't you just tell me what to eat then and ill eat it, you know what youre doing whereas im new to the whole nutrition aspect. If you plan my meals for me I can see where you are coming from and then I can later learn to direct my meals for myself using the base you have taught me. Thanks dan (again X 100)

There is a meal plan, one of my meal plans, in the gaining mass post...

Start with that then, and then ask questions to understand why and how to refine it!
