a smiley face....hey "supercool". Here's a technique that is widley  used across the world. Ask a fellow friend, to hit your hand(across your knuckles)as hard as he can with a metal bat. this will really help you punches...Smile

Fine, the technique is called "Iron Palm". You basically strike a bag full of beans for around 2 months, then go onto rocks, and finally steel shot (BBs). But you need a very specially made liniment to do this. It's poisionous as hell. You apply it to your hands for the exact amount of time you were punching the bag. I got up to rocks, then stopped, because I was starting to get crippling pain whenever I did anything involving my hands. All better now :D! But, I can successfully break around 3 bricks now.

i know one person who says that he punches brick walls, and its not to strengthen your punch apparently it is so you get used to hitting harder things that when you punch someone in a fight you wont hurt yourself, no idea if it works as i havent done it before

A few of my friends punch metal, they say it's fun, but it's mainly to make their punch better, I've done it a few times.. It is sortta fun, but will it really strengthen my punch?

Yes I would think so, but be careful as to not break your knuckles. If you want to make your punch better do lots of fist pushups on your knuckles and train by punching a punching bag, instead of metal.

thats a good way to break ur hands, itll make ur punches weaker faster than strengthening them.

punch power is a matter of momentum and dynamics of the body. if u know how to use your body to assist with punching, your power will increase. even weight training wont help your punch too much. its technique more than anything else.

Ok, speaking from experience here....DO NOT PUNCH METAL!! lol. I heard some news the other day, no need for details, personal stuff, but I wasnt thinking and punched a metal plate on the side of a building, I didnt hold back :(...and somehow managed not to break anything, but it hurt like hell for awhile and I'm pretty sure it didn't make my punches any better so...I'd have to veto that...
