njmuscle66 i must say that you look amazing and i must also say i more than likely have more bf than you wich aint good on my part im around like 13 or 14 %

man iv seen some massive 45 year olds big and ripped actually the dude i was talking to was around 47 - 49.. Geeshhh... I think personally ill be in my prime when im 30 - 35. Right now im only 22 going on 23 and still gaining very rapidly at least in strength.. size goes up and down depending on if im cutting or bulking.

Yeah the pants-Crazywear was in. Gary Strydon made alot of money with his company and Zubaz's were the rage.

Well working out has been the constant in my life. I was reading an article about a local guy near me that is in his 70's and still competes. He looked great. I am going to do another couple of contests this summer and than take some time off from competing but hey another ten years I can go in the over 50 class LOL

Laughing at the massive part. Smile

I was 170 back then. Presently 230 and cant see me EVER getting down below the 195 ever again.
I do expect to compete later on in life just for kicks. Just feel I have reached my highest level of incompetence Smile

(decent local bodybuilder but not competitive at the higher levels) so it is time to just focus on some other things.

My arms are 13.2 inches. That's pretty good for a 16 year old whose 5"4. :p
I'm aiming for 16-17s. I'll probably just do a lot more strengh training and cutting than building after that point.

Edit: Wow, I feel like a b**** compared to just about everyone here. :p

im at 17.5 in left arm and about 17.7 in right arm.....jsut turned 21....i cant wait till im in my prime...when i was 18 i had 14+- a couple cm's... ill post pics up soon
