Status: offline 		16.5" here, i hit 16.75" while i was 16 but they atrophied last year while i didn't lift. 

september 19 - 16.5"

oh yeah, my arms have a cirumference of 14.75" (and i know know this is exact cuz im a dork and i measure them daily) and when pumped, the biggest they've been is 15.25"

Mine are only 16 but i want them to look just like yours when they are 17.  Smile

17 inch ripped arms look way better then 18 inches.
