I was pondering this in biology today, so just post the measurment of your bicep.

I was amazed by my bicep measurement though not big. It was the first time I measured it, ever. drum roll please

Arms 17" cold flexed, solid. Height 5'5". I always mention my height because 17" arms on a short guy sounds impressive.

14 1/2" at 6'1"
Though theyre not members, my dad has 19 1/2" arms, and my uncle while havent measured, im pretty sure has in excess of 22" arms, though not all muscle.

it's becuz your a vegetarian
a vegetarien will never have 20" arms or bigger(exept if he takes steroids lol)

Ha! You've not read veggeep's webpages!
If he wanted to go there, he will. I think Brett has already done a lot to disprove the "skinny vegetarian" myth. Check out his pictures when he was omnivorous, and you'll think he was just released from a concentration camp.

Haha this is acool post but u gotta almost put up weight classes for this cuz some people are fat and will have 22 inch arms but they weigh 300 lbs with 30-40 percent body fat.....

I'm 13, and a 110 pounds, 6-7% body fat. And my arms are 13-13 1/2. Is this bad for my age and size? :(

I think even omnivores would have difficulty building 20" arms.
Anything above 16 " is quite large, my shirts all have 16 inch holes for the arms, if mine get bigger i gotta buy all new ones.
Anything above 18" is ****ing ginourmous.
As to Cdub, my uncle last time i knew was in the 300lbs mark, and has only around 18-22% Bf%
He just has ****ing huge heavy bones, and it also helps when youre 6'7" to get 22 inch arms lol
Chest wise he is easily over 60 inches
Hes too broad to fit through doorframes, he has to go through them sideways. Hes a ****ing big guy, that from my knowledge, no one has ever started on, and il be seeing him and the family again soon, and if youre lucky, il bring everyone a picture, it really is a sight to behold.
