Toby Cooks last video 370lb bench press better form.. he also made a new one doing 350.   I still follow this kid and keep track of his progress..   I have still yet to ever try his routine...   I think it would screw me up..  It's against all science and not to mention everything I have ever been taught.

He bench press's  on the flat in his garage 3 - 4 times a week.   I am pretty sure he says he has heavy days and then light days.   so I am assuming a 5x5 could work on a heavy day and then on a light day 10 - 15 reps 2 - 3 sets.   

It would be hard for me to follow his routine because I hit my chest from all angles and  it hurts like hell for atleast 2 days.

I did not even mean to post that here I was trying to post it on the Video thread.

Hmmm maybe I will give it a try for say 5 weeks... 

We totally hijacked this dudes thread...  Too bad we can't move all of this to my outofbounds thread..  Anyways Just pm me bro to continue the conversation..  Maybe your right and he is onto something.   By anymeans I just need to get my normal strength back right now.
