I am pretty sure he says he has heavy days and then light days. so I am assuming a 5x5 could work on a heavy day and then on a light day 10 - 15 reps 2 - 3 sets. It would be hard for me to follow his routine because I hit my chest from all angles and it hurts like hell for atleast 2 days. I did not even mean to post that here I was trying to post it on the Video thread.

I do heavy benching monday, light wednesday, medium friday since then, my bench has gone up pretty high, id say hes onto something, but its probably just genetic.
