What's so long to write about? I've asked for vids and pics of your progress wether it's before or recent, just as long it's a bench press or deadlift with that much weight with that many reps as I'm impressed.

I haven't even witness guys like magnus, bill crawford or marius do something like that. Out of all the meets I've witness and out of all competitors I've had chance to meet and talk to I've never heard any of them have their numbers with that many repititions come close to yours at 19 and possibly even during their career. That's why I would like to see vid or pic at least.

first of all thanks but, deadlift 300lbs 20reps isn't that good.
and they are a cople of guys like ronnie coleman who can do alot more than me on the incline bench.

i'm sure magnus or marius can do more than that especially with deadlift...

i'm not that good...yet Smile

but ya at 19 I don't think theres a lot of guy that have stats like me...for pics and vids,i'm planning on having my own website soon...i'll tell u when it's ready/

That's cool bud just let me know when it's doneSmile

Hmmmhm...I get that delt problem with my benching...I just take time off from benching and its fine, though as soon as i try maxxing again it comes back, so i dont max much anymore lol.

Great endurance stats. As to magnus, that guy is a beast, ive seen him in strongman, and he could do 300lbs deadlifts 20 reps pretty easily personally.

Nice work NBT

those are huge weights. would be great if you could post up a video or a picture.
im a little skeptical about the weights you say you can lift, but its most probably because im jelous lol, but im guessing most people feel the same (not that you care), but it would be good if you could prove itSmile

Perhaps do you suppose to have a vid or pics of your lifts or progress as gratoiz requested. This would be really impressive if I have chance to witness this and share it with my clients.

Glad to see your back Nextbigthing.   But still "bump to this old post"   I read alot of fantasy stories on here and just recently I just started picking off peoples youtube posts looking through their lifts and It makes me laugh that they are not doing half of what they say they are.

I guess I just get upset sometimes at the people who live in a fantasy and the people who actually make progress.

Now I am not doubting you I am just saying why don't you post a video or a picture or something.   People like to see great lifts and awsome physiques other wise what is the point in coming on here and filling everyones head full of crap? "That is if your just filling everyones head full of crap"

Good Luck buddy I hope you post a video sometime because I would love to see it.

315lbs x 20

the question is, is that harder than 200lbs x 30?

Twisted that was 315 x 20 on the flat..  200lbs x 30 on the incline would be pretty damn close to 315 x 20 on the flat.. Maybe actually even a little harder...    That would throw his stiff legs way off at only 300 x 20...  Basically his tri's and chest would be stronger then his hams + lower back.

I did not think that it was an unrealistic lift I have seen guys press 315 x 15 on the incline... But he says he is not that big and the guys I see doing that easly weigh 230 - 240  maybe 220..

Oh i wasnt trying to support him in any way, just trying to find evidence as to whether its even possible at his age and weight, what is his weight btw?

I swear i remember this guy saying he can do nearly 600lbs benchpresses.

if thats true, 200lbs should be a piece of piss for him.

Toby Cooks last video 370lb bench press better form.. he also made a new one doing 350.   I still follow this kid and keep track of his progress..   I have still yet to ever try his routine...   I think it would screw me up..  It's against all science and not to mention everything I have ever been taught.
