Hey I was just wondering why you do so many reps to start. Overall good workout.

I train in the 25-30 reps range on the first set becuz
it really works for me,i'm having really great pecs gains doing that

becuz if I were training in the 4-10 reps range I could injure myself cuz the weights would be so heavy...and I have a bad shoulder

becuz when training in the 25-30 reps range you don't need to warmup

becuz I wannabe a wrestler and almost everyone weigths max 260 pounds...so I don't need to lift more than that,I prefer doing 260 pounds really easy...I wanna life 260 pounds for 20 reps in 2-3 years

and a lot of other reasons

...that's just the way I train

Have you ever thought that maybe your shoulder hurts because you are doing too much bench press work and as a result you are putting a great deal of stress on your rotator cuff?

what do u suggest ?
should I do less sets for a while ? or just do dips for a while ?

You are not going to like my answer.  Your shoulder (delt and rotator cuff) needs to rest.  I would put no stress on it for a couple of weeks.  Then, if it doesn't hurt, start up again EASY.

Here's the problem: once you injure a shoulder, all you can do is make it worse if you keep stressing it with heavy weights.  Even dips are heavy, since you are lifting the weight of your body.

If you let it go without rest, the injury will get worse and you will wind up in constant pain and might need to have it scoped, or even operated on to repair the damage.  And then you will be out of action for six months.

Unfortunately, a lifter's favorite exercise and the one they measure their strength by is the bench press.  And it's the one that hurts the shoulder the most because of the angles of the bar.   I gave up heavy barbell bench press a few years ago and do most of my heavy lifting with dumb bells.  True I'm not pressing 200 pounds 27 times, but I can do three sets of 10 reps of 90 pound dumb bells with absolutely no shoulder pain.  I'm satisfied with that lift and it gives my chest a great workout.

I know how much you want to get back to bench training, but I would give it a rest and when it doesn't hurt any more, work with dumb bells for awhile, until you are sure your injury is healed and not just "hiding" under the surface, waiting to come out again as soon as you start heavy lifting.   Just a suggestion.

As I was looking through the journals, this one seems to be very interesting. I haven't even seen any of strongman or powerlifters pull of 200lb incline bench 30 reps or anybody pulling off 300 stiff leg deadlift 20 reps.

Perhaps do you suppose to have a vid or pics of your lifts or progress as gratoiz requested. This would be really impressive if I have chance to witness this and share it with my clients.
