Hey man check out what I do and try to do it and trust me you will start to have gains: I am 15 years old and weigh 210-215 pounds Here is my workout Monday 1. Warmup(5-10 minutes on treadmill) 2. Bench Press (3 sets, 7 reps each, 90 pounds) 3. Lateral Pulldowns (3 sets, 7 reps each, 60 pounds) 4. Military Press (3 sets, 7 reps each, 50 pounds) 5. Arm Curl (3 sets, 7 reps each, 40 pounds) 6. Tricep Pressdowns (3 sets, 7 reps each, 40 pounds) 7. Wrist Curls (3 sets, 7 reps each, 60 pounds) Tuesday 1. Warmup (5 minutes on treadmill) 2. Sit ups on Sloped board (3 sets, 20 reps each, bodyweight) 3. Leg Curls (3 sets, 7 reps, 100 pounds) 4. Reverse Leg Curls (3 sets, 7 reps, 50-60 pounds) 5. Calf Raises (3 sets, 7 reps, 70 pounds) P.S. For each workout I lift heavy weight about 80-85% of my max. I alternate that so I do mondays workout on wednesday and tuesdays workout on thursday: Mon Tues Wed Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday Monday Tuesday Monday Tuesday Monday Workout Workout Workout Workout Workout Workout Workout What I am looking to do: - Lose bodyfat (especially in abdominal area and face)
- Gain Muscle
- Bulk Up and Get defined
- Look Big
- Get in better cardio shape (kind of)
- Not look weak and/or skinny
- Look tough (look like Lennox Lewis- heavy weight boxer now retired)
What I take a day: - 44 grams of Whey Protein during school and after workout (total of 88 grams of Whey Protein)
- Alot of carbs
- Multivitamin
- Fishoil
- 5 meals a day
- Some water (I know not alot)
- Around 3000 calories or more

You'll be better served by enrolling a self defence class that focuses on alot of conditioning. Get in boxing classes and people will stop ****ing with you as much when they see you lay out their friend. Where do you live anyways?

It helps in avoiding fights but experience and a cool head will help an actual fight. Look at it this way, if you knew someone was going to fight you in 6 months from now, training as a boxer is going to help you much more than bodybuilding can. Just because you're boxing doesn't mean you can't gain size either.

Well Ok then, if I were you I would save up money and get a gym membership. If I were you I would stay off that treadmill, but in order to get big my friend your going to need some more equipment, therefore the local gym would be a good idea. Also nutrition is a big part of bodybuilding so make sure you look at what I take and try to copy that, those are the basics and you don't really need anything else. I used to be bugged, but now I have size on me it just doesn't happen no more. Now I'm telling you if you stick to your nutrition, get enough rest and workout properly/hard then you will gain size. Trust me keep a journal, use the one on this site to keep track of your workouts because it really motivates you. You are really skinny so start getting more pasta in your diet, trust me eat lots and lots of pasta because its puts the weight on and gives you energy. OH and make sure you are getting enough protein(around 50 grams) after your workout because that is when your body needs it the most. Good luck and YOU can get big fast by sticking to your routine!!!!

Tell me what to do with those weights. ALl i do is curl and wrist curl i dont know much else todo with them. ANd can you give me some tips..like how do i know my muscles are growing? are they supposed to hurt the next day? are they supposed to not hurt?

http://www.ast-ss.com/training/exercises/eow-intro.asp Go here, and find 2-3 exercises from each of those side icons that you can do with your equipment or find a way to improvise (chin up on ceiling beams, dips on two tables, pushups with stuff on your back, handstand pushups, etc). For every muscle group shown on the left bar, assign a day to which you will do it. Do 3 sets of each exercises for 8 repititions...Put enough weight on so that by the 8th rep you can't even do it or just barely do it. Drink your muscle milk after workout and before bed and bring a lunch to school. YOU NEED TO EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

that's really not a good workout !! don't do that ! your overtraining and u don't even train the quads(front of the leg)

For you, it's all about eating. Eat, eat, and after that eat. You should make sure you gain at least half a pound of bodyweight per week. Also, I wouldn't recommend training everyday like just BB does, b/c first off you don't need that much with your physique, and 2nd you wouldn't handle it yet physically nor mentally. Two to three times a week will suffice. Good luck!

Ok Just reading through this i see a lot of bad advice and some good. check the nutrition board area and follow that as well as you can. second, dont underestimate the use of body weight exercises (ex. different types of push ups, pull ups if theres a park near by use the monkey bars. that kind of stuff.) Dont overtrain, I wasted a year doing that you get no where. Go talk to the gym supervisor, a lot of times they will let you workout if you go through some sort of instruction type thing.

iam 15 i used to be 130(lbs)...but amazingly i started eating more and lost weight down to 115? Im trying to gain it bacc by eating alot but my weight doesnt go up really.
