well hot sauce has 0 calories, pnut butter has quite a few.

i tried tuna / eggs already.. they were GOOD.. havent had the chance to throw peanut butter in the bunch yet tho

Put the drained tuna in the raw eggs in a bowl...

Mix it like you would to make scrambled eggs, then cook it until eggs are cooked.

Then mix with Natural Peanut butter!

It's freaking awesome with hot sauce. This may well be one of my cutting foods :D. It's also awesome when you put it on a sandwich.

Dammit I forgot the tuna!  I made this a few mornings ago, with just the eggs and peanut butter.  It tasted like nothing I have ever eaten before.  Not that bad, I'll definately do it again with tuna next time, though
