Sh*ts that smell 50X worse then before. The posibility that you will get very bloated. Due to the increased water consumption pissing every 5 minutes, possible chance of dihearrea, and some of my friends got extrememly horrible body odar and lots of gas.

Yep mustangs right you can even faint after a workout all this and much more can happen if you do not follow the directions on the bottle. Ive been talking NO x for about a month now and have never had any of these bad side effects, but I did fell a bit blotted right after talking it. Just remember to drink plenty of water before, during, and after you workout to avoid dehydration, oh and follow the derections very important.

RE: Creatine - Monday, May 08, 2006 9:53 AM
creatine mixed with flavouring tastes lovely

i took 1 dose everyday for about 3 weeks, i didnt load because the body doesnt digest creatine for ages anyway, so the body loads up as long as you take no less than one dose a day.

Its not brilliant stuff, i gained no weight with it, i noticed a very bloated belly, and discomfort in the midriff area, i pissed a lot, drank a lot, got headaches and insomnia, my **** smelled like it always did though lol, decreased sex drive, tiredness [maybe because of insomnia but dunno really] agitation, also i drank alcohol with it at a party 5 days after STOPPING, i had this drink 5 days before the party, i threw up, and passed out, and the colour was pink like the creatine i take, that **** stays in your stomach for FUCKING ages.
Like i said, no point with loading phases, ****s you up badly.

Its not worth it, the **** doesnt work.

Thats right guys, sugars in fruits are bad, they are simple sugars which will make you FAT, I mean we all know monkeys eat mainly fruit and look! THEYRE VERY FAT!

I use effervescent creatine (ISS brand fruit punch)

Shit is excellent tasting, the results are almost instantaneous, the effervescence keeps away ALL the side effects.

Can't lose, and its 25 bucks for 24 workout days worth, so about 5 weeks.

No It's not a steroid. some side affects are:

1. cramping when you don't drink enough water

2. headaches if you don't eat enough protein

3. Sometimes people start smelling bad

4. bloating if you get cheap creatine

5. pissing about every half hour (not exagerating)
Here's my recomendation as to which creatine to take.

It's cheaper at GNC if you find one that has it though.

I would recommend starting off with perhaps a less potent creatine to start off. I've been taking creatine for about 2+ months and I've been using Anavol by NxCare for a majority of the time. It's a creatine ethyl ester so your body absorbs ot faster than monohydrate. I still only take half of the recommended dose and it works great for me. If you look at the label, there is not a significant amount of creatine in each serving, but it always does the job for me. The only side effects I noticed were some bloating/upset stomach (when I took monohydrate for a couple weeks) and I felt a little wierd the first week or so after taking a serving then lifting.
I have several friends who have taken creatine for varying amounts of time and the biggest complaint (only mentioned by some) is water retention/los of definition.
Hope this helps.

I just find the taste odd and lumpy, but compared to other creatine supps, this stuff is pretty good.

Today I took my creatine and was thirsty, I pissed after every set towards the beginning of my workout, it was rediculously annoying.
