H.E.A.T. Stack -1 Special Tester - Friday, March 12, 2004 1:03 PM
What is H.E.A.T.?

“H.E.A.T.” stands for Hordenine, Evodiamine, Alpha-yohimbine, and Tyramine. And, in the right combination, they are far, far more than a clever acronym. While its ancestors, with their focus on only norepinephrine, did wonders for appetite suppression, they were modest thermogenics, at best. And, worse than that, they were all out enemies of the central adipostatic machinery, the Fed State, and they caused hypersensitivity to cortisol and the stress response.

With H.E.A.T. Stack, we have added a superior increase in dopamine and epinephrine to a more moderate activation of norepinephrine. The result is activation of more lipolytic and thermogenic pathways, better maintenance of long-term adipostatic machinery, potent appetite suppression, and strong mood and energy support, with fewer negative side-effects.

To summarize:

  • Superior nutrient partitioning
  • Superior thermogenesis
  • Greater energy expenditure increase
  • Reduced anxiety and jitters
  • Superior hunger control
  • More leptin friendly
  • Enhances mood and energy
  • Caffeine free
  • Ephedra free
  • Reduced heart rate and blood pressure increase

I'd like to test it, for my new site www.fssathletics.com I was going to have reviews of different supplements I have tried.

However, I am kinda scared to use it, because I've never gone beyond creatine, glut, protein supps.

I would never take hGH, or Steriods, I know its obviously not a steriod, but I dont have much knowledge of hGH. So I dont know what to do....

Is HEAT kinda like LeptiGen?

Sorry I never responded to your PM -- I have been swamped what with the new product releases and the Arnold and all.

But one of the PREREQUISITES to anyone being accepted as a tester is to read the write-ups and at a minimum at least understand what the intend of the product is and how it should best be used.

No, it is not like LeptiGen, it is a fat burner.

Question- How long will the person be on HEAT?
I'd volunteer myself, but I'm still bulking. I'm definitely interested in reading about how this works out, though.

I will provide 1 bottle which is a 1 month supply.

In due course we will have a fully referenced write-up on how it works.

What if HEAT is too much for your test subject? Say a week into the test the user decides its too much to handle? Just inquiring? I would give it a try, im trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the moment. My only concern would be is what i mentioned above.

Ya, but too many big words... hehe... Like I said, I don't know much beyond creatine, glut, protein...

To me, it sounds like it helps you while you are cutting, which I am.

I understand if your looking for someone who knows what this is all about, no prob.

I would not mind doing a trial, and I could post my progress with body fat and include what I am eating and all,...but I already ordered Leptigen Mass, and I will be taking that for a month...I do not think you would want to have the combination of the products, it would skew the results and I do not even know if those products would be reccomended together.

RE: H.E.A.T. Stack -1 Special Tester - Friday, March 12, 2004 5:07 PM
So far I'm interested. However, I am going to have to know more about the ingredients before I put it in my body. If you have any info, please pass it on, otherwise I'll do a search on the internet.

As far as why I'd be suitable:
I first started taking thermogenics 4 years ago and I know how effective they can be. I've experienced all the gitters, mood elevations, sleeplessness and other side effects that go along with them. Working at GNC for 9 months gave me a good background in supplementation as well as experience with a large variety of different thermogenics. Currently I'm at 22% BF and want to cut that down to around 10-15% by summer. I work out regularly using the Max-OT routine as well as guerilla cardio 3-5 times per week. I already have an Accu-Measure calliper set (not exactly accurate, but it tracks up or down) so tracking my progress will be much easier. I also love being a human Guinea Pig.

Reasons I wouldn't be suitable:
I still do not have a stable diet down so a diet will have to be given to me to follow for at least a month prior in order to set up a base line. So if time is a factor, you might want to choose someone different. I also live in Canada which has it's own inherent problems. Not to mention I'm brutally honest, so if I dont like the product, I won't sugar coat it or play it up at all.

I would be more than happy to do a one-month trial and track my progress. I already keepp track of my measurements on BodyBuildingJournal.com and I have a spreadsheet with all my measurements and graphs. As long as weekly measurements are enough tracking, of course with daily comments on experience for the day.

My only other concern is that I am on high blood pressure medicine, and most fat burners don't interact well. The only thing I've found that doesn't bother my high blood pressure is TwinLabs Ripped Fuel Extreme, but I'm not entirely happy with the results. {EDIT: After reading Mind and Muscle, I am pretty convinced that this will not raise blood pressure, so my concern about that is pretty much gone now.} Also, my eating habits really are not the most effective for loosing weight.

All in all, I am willing to try it and document it if you select me Twin Peak. Not to mention, my system is practically cleaned out after that bout of food poisoning I had this week.
