Very good!  Figure is a refreshing liter change from Fitness, a tad less stress, even the Figure with routine requirements.
Best of luck!

Hi Linda,
I am not doing much cardio for now.........my left hip has been bothering me some and the treadmill seems to agrievate it.I am still doing 1 hour on the treadmill on wenesday, walking at intervals of 8 minutes at 3.7 at a grade of .5 and running 2 minutes at 7.1 at a grade of .5 doing this alternating until the last 5 minutes. Then I run a final minute at 8.1 for one minute and then get ready to cool down. After that, I do 20 minutes on the ellipitical alternating 1 minute at a slow pace and one minute at a fast pace increasing my resistance each four minutes up to a resistance of 7. I also do the elliptical  20 minutes at this pace on my lower body days, unless I am really tired.  I Get a little over 4 miles on the treadmill at this pace and the elliptical says over 3 miles, but we have two elliptical machines and the other one says differant miles for the same amount of resistance and pace, so Im not sure on it.............Thanks for any help..................Tam

Until your hip can tolerate more intensity then you can only progress that as fast as the hips allow.
