20 seconds sprint
10 seocnds jog
Repeat 20 2nd sprint followed by jog till uve sprint 6 times then 4 minit cool down, but i wunt try 100% maximum sprint more round 60% or some 1 gave me a good idea u can sprint as fast as u want for 20 seconds then
