wow....that was....nevermind.

But yeah im with you man, I dont get my license for another 4 months, which means i gotta ride my bike to the gym everyday (youre jealous i know) which makes it impossible in winter, so i can only go when i get a ride, and i have baseball everyday til dark in the spring, so summer is my time to train. Just be careful, you have three months, no need to work super hard and get hurt. But also train to the max, and really get your diet straight, you dont have school so you can eat whenever you want, really concentrait on that 4-6 meals routine, with high proteins and carbs. Also if youre going to do that, DONT CUT, you need lots of calories, carbs, proteins, and fats to rebuild the muscle and pretent injury or being in a catabolic state. If you workout, eat good, and run you can gain mass while staying low bf.

I get my license in June, can't wait I can finally go to the gym on a regular schedule instead of lifting at home most of the time.

300 push ups isnt gonna build muscle unfourtantly : ( do butterflies with the top of your back on the corner of your bed, so that youre laying on its diagonally, that way youre arms can get full range of motion
