Summer - Monday, April 10, 2006 1:40 PM
This summer I want to work work work I want to work my @$$ off. I'll have lots of time to build every muscle in my body... Does this sound like a good idea? Some people think I shouldn't work so hard, mostly the people that have seen me work out ;) But really should I just relax over the summer? Or work out a ton?

Yeah man, I will work my BUTT off this summer as I will be training for Worlds. My saying working my butt off I mean that my workouts will be longer, more intense and every moment I have to spare will be set towards my nutrition, rep schemes, and rest. Its awesome to think of the time that i will have.

Working FOR summer does soung good also. Just depends when u have the chance to get most of ur work done....I'm pretty busy during the regular year from jobs and stuff, so in the summer I can lift whatever time i want and everything.

I like cashing that bastard's paychecks, though-
You want to work out hard in the summer? Fine. But don't overdo it. Someone mentioned working out for longer, etc- Depending on how much longer, it might not be a good idea. Get in plenty of smart workouts, and try not to injure yourself.
