Unless u break a world record, no one cares. That is one thing i cannot stand about guys who are "ripped" they show off as often as they can to EVERYONE. we all work hard to keep our body sculpted but i, and everyone else, remain unimpressed seeing you perform.

KEFE... stop posting shizz man... We all kno ur RIPPED for a 12 year old... Congratulations... Body building i think is for self improvement.. Not to show off... Sure u want to show ur hard work and perserverant attitude... But dude... just take it slow...

my bar weighs 50lbs and i didnt have bad form You do have vad form, like said the bar doesnt always touch ur chest and you go up with 1 arm then the other sometimes how is that not bad form lol! ...but kefe you need to eat and gain some more mass! Agree... Finally...what was this post all about  an ego stunt??

i searched on the internet and failed to find a 50 pound bench press bar, but nice desperate attempt to save yourself. and dont lie by adding 5 extra pounds that werent even on their in the video. your 12 years old, you havent hit puberty, its hard for you to put on mass and extremly easy for your fast matabalism to burn fat. your muscles arent huge, you just have low fat. once you hit puberty the lil "ripped" look on ur skinny arms will go away when you gain weight. and sence ur so "ripped" lets see your chizled 6 pack that you probably DONT have. and lets see some defined leggs and back/sholders that you probably DONT have eather. every post you do is trying to show off your arms or chest. this is a BODYBUILDING forum, so lets see the other parts. and why keep posting this crap trying to brag when every1 hates you and all you get is negative feedback. i bet if i go to the other websites your so "famous" on every1 there is just like here, talking down on you cause your annoying.

try bringing down the bar slowly... in the video u just drop the weight and bring it back up
