If ur taking a creatine product rihgt now, its obvious u must be hydrated well.  And in return u must also PISS a lot... I was just wondering how much u guys drink and how many times u piss cuss i think im goin a lot rihgt now X_X....

I drink about 120 fl oz. and piss about.... 8-10 times a day X_X hahaha

About the same here, probably more like 7 times.  I am taking Storm and drinking 100-120 oz of water

o gosh... i remember i didnt drink a lot of water for a while and lets jsut say its not fun... i felt wasted and shizz haha... and like i would get random cramps here and there its kinda gay hahaha

Haha, that sucks..The one thing I hate about taking the creatine is everytime I'm working out I have to always stop and take a wizz..Kinda sucks but I guess it gives me that 2 minute break in between workouts.

i have trained myself to drink water when im bored. i feel its better then eating. you know when your not really hungry but you eat a bag of chips as you watch tv, well i drink water and a lot of it. i usually drink like 2 liters a day but 120 oz seems like a lot, thats over a gallon. ppl always think im up to something when i go to the bathroom and then again like 30-40 min later.

yeah, the ideal amount of water to drink, without any sort of creatine supplementation is usually half of your bodyweight in ounces. so for me, being 180, i would drink 90 ounces a day without taking creatine, usually i drink about 4 to 5 liters a day. no offense modagg. . .but 120 isnt over a gallon. a gallon = 128 ounces. and a little less then 4 liters.

If you don't drink enough water, it creates stress on the kidney when taking creatine. I'm pretty sure if you were to only drink the water you took with the creatine, it would crystalize ur liver over like 5 years. So, remember to drink a lot :)

sorry your right on the gallon thing. maybe i need to up my water but its not an exact science, i dont add up all the oz of water i drink but everyone i know says i drink a ****load. how many times you pee a day, you must be in their every half hour plus i will feel super bloated with all that water. when i pee its clear like water so i see no reason it up my amount

i try to  take in at least 80 oz. but over the course of the whole day.. but you could just be really hydrated by now and maybe 120 is a little much.. try cutting back a little.

I drink a lot of water.  I take EAS phosphagen, which is pretty much 99% creatine monohydrate with a fancy name.
 
I pretty much drink a lot of liquids, not specifically water, but I'm always feeling well hydrated.
Squat 385, Bench 235, Deadlift 450 @ 181.
