Great list! It would be sweet if we could also list the number of calories per serving of each choice. Just a thought!

Fibrous Carbs... what about All Bran?? Protein... maybe mention egg whites (carton) as opposed to full eggs

IMO the Jasmine variety of rice should be removed, and replace with Parboiled. Jasmine rice has a glycemic index at 120, glucose is only 100. You would be better off eating a chocolate bar with your lemon chicken than adding this side dish. It just digests way too fast and is a poor carbohydrate choice.

not essential, but maybe some figs,dates,and dried fruit under fruit just for variety and energy

That's a pretty good list, but sure would be more worthwhile to have some added data that would add distinguishing information about each item. What, for example, is the macronutrient balance of protein, carbohydrate, and fat? Adding a fiber factor would be a helpful add-on. Not to be excessively critical, but there are a number of quality items that are not on the grocery list. Certainly if the list deserves "Sticky" status, it should be comprehensive and informative. I'm certainly willing to spend time helping to further develop it.

Ok cursor here's what I'm thinking I will update it w/ all the requested foods done over the past few weeks I've been slow b/c I have a proposal on a 20 page paper on scientific management due and its takin up all my time then maybe I'll email u the list you can add some important info to the foods w/ my help and we'll republish it?

One serious question to ask is, "how will this list be used by those within this forum?" That will help decide what foods are included, and which data are listed for each.

whats wrong with crystal light? is it bad for you? i drink 1 or 2 water bottles a day with crystal light in them ( usaully with meals )
