I have another one with better form but it is a avi file so it makes it look a lot quicker. My last chest workout went like this 4-4-06 Ok, today was my first day of the new routine I made. trained Chest today. I was suprised at the strength I had today.Everything went good and i had the best pump i have ever had. So here is how it went: Bench press: Set 1:120lbs 10 reps Set 2:120lbs 8 reps Set 3:120lbs 8 reps Set 4:130lbs 6 reps Set 5:130lbs 4 reps Incline bench press: Set 1:100lbs 10 reps Set 2:100lbs 8 reps Set 3:100lbs 6 reps Decline bench press: Set 1: 100lbs 10 reps Set 2: 100lbs 6 reps Set 3: 100lbs 4 reps

Didnt c the 2nd 1...but most of it was poor form, im sure people along with me would be more impressed if you went down slower cos looks like ur dropping it and jus catchin it b4 ur chest...toutch ur chest for all of them, and go up with each arm, youll probably do less reps but it will b much more effective m8

like they said, do less reps, but if you go down really slow then up faster it helps alot more for building mass and strength.

Yeah like they said bring the bar down and touch your chest. You want to go down slowly the just explode up. And by the way are you left handed i noticed your right arm seems to sink down alot when your bringing the bar up. Well stick to it your doing great.
