I have been reading up on Luekic by Muscle tech. To the people out there taking this what gains have you made? and are there any side effects ?

i am almost done with my 1st bottle. i have gain around 10 pounds. no noticable fat gains. all my lifts went up about 10-20lbs. as soon as i came back from spring break every1 said i looked bigger, they all noticed my 10+ pound gain in weight. no real sideffects i noticed, im a teenage so i naturally get pimples, no shrinking of the balls or anything. for 60 bucks a bottle...if you think 10 pounds gain is worth it then by all means go buy it if u have the money..

I'm half way through my first bottle, i've gained about 5 lbs. and added 15 lbs to my bench.

im in my 7th week and gained quite a bit. im up 20 lbs on bench, curls, and skull crushers.definitly worth it

Alright, So im here in iraq..and I work out...once a day..for about a good 2hours or little more. I also am almost done with Luekic and gakic. I really cant honestly tell you rather it has helped or not. People are saying that they gained 10 pounds and blah blah...thats pretty hard to take in...I eat 3 times a day...fairly large meals...we are fed quite well over here...and I havent noticed any gains in weight...strength...it might be alittle different...i started out doing 225 about a max of 15 reps...and as of Monday May 7 I could do 225 17 times...and then after that i jump up and do 275 6 times, then 300 2 times and 3rd and 4th rep my parter helps me do 2 negatives and then i do 315 once..so i believe it has helped my strength some...but the weight gains i dont believe, and gaining 20 pounds in bench..I dont believe ethier. My guess would be that the people that posted that they haved gained weight in Bench..just didnt push themselves to the max before taking this stuff. Also, I believe it does make you more sore. I believe that it does give you energy to overcome the tiredness and to lift 1 or 2 more reps till failure, and Im always sore the next 2 days...from the exercises. So its what you want, Id say get it and try it out for yourself, if anything it helped alittle but not alot alot! Hopefully that helped you on buying it or not..

Just bought a box of Leukic and Anator. Been on Gakic for 2 wks (great). I've been on Leukic for 3 days and my stomach feels upside down and I keep going to the bathroom. Has anyone experencied that? It'd better be temporary because @ 90 bucks a bottle, I'm finishing up the bottle no matter what

Hopefully that helped you on buying it or not.. first it shouldnt make you more sore. and also i think your comment is nearly bias since you overtrain and only eat three meals a day. not that it is your fault or anything, but 2 hours or more your not helping yourself anywayz.

while in the service all or most of the training they have you doing and you are doing on your free time is endurance, thats all im sayin.

I've been taking Luekic for two months now.... My guts had a problem with dealing with it at first always needing to go to the can, but after a week I got used to it. I found that it didn't really kick in until 3 weeks later. To be very honest I think I've only gained 2lbs, but I also am on a calorie restrictive diet now, because I'm trying to cut up. I stack Leukic, Gakic, and Creakic right now... I can truly only vouche for Gakic because it truly makes your rep strength or endurance better.

Did someone say they spent 90 bucks on leukic? if so, quit being sucked in by the muscletech sup store. I live in canada and get it for 59.99 CDN.

ok, that is cheap, but i think muscle tech sells it for 89.99 in there store so i was hoping nobody bought it from them lol.

I took luekic for a month twice a day, also was using cell tech and using musclemilk for a am supplement and cytogainer b4 bed, I gained about 15 lbs total weight in that 30 days, not all muscle of course. But have seen some lean muscle gains, not sure how much from luekic. I bought it online for 36 bucks a bottle. Not a bad product if you like taking 12 horsepills a day.

I have been lifting steady now for about a year and today I just started taking Leukic. My regular routine goes as follows: Monday - Chest, Tri's, forearms and abs...Tuesday - Biceps, Shoulders, back and abs...Wednesday - Legs...Thursday=Monday...Friday=Tuesday. But with taking Leukic it made me wonder if I should do full body lifts every other day, or, do upper body one day and lower body the next. What would be the best routing while taking Leukic? I am also takin Optimum Whey Protein w/bcaa's, Fish oil, Glutamine, Hot Rox Extreme, and Mega Man Vitamin mulit. vitamin.
