i couldnt find the exercises. then again this was 5 years ago, so they have changed their web site since then. alright, after you read the instructions, get up and try it. you will see what i mean by it working basically every part of your body. start by standing up, feet shoulder width apart. in a fast paced manner do the following . . . jump down and put your hands in a position to do a push-up but keep your feet planted exactly where they were to begin with, dont move them in order to plant your hands down in position. once your hands are planted, then shoot your legs out to where they need to be in order to do a regular push up. now do your push up once you have completed your push up, bring your feet back in a planted position. like how they were when you started the exercise. do not move your hands while doing this last, shoot your upper body up and reach for the ceiling. this was the exercise in detail that i was talking about. try to have your abs totally contracted while doing it though. start off slow to get the rythem down and so you dont knee your face or hurt your wrists. it shouldnt take long before you can do them in a face paced manner. there really is no limit on reps, just do as many as you can, then rest for just a minute or so, dont cool down all the way. and do another set. then repeat one more time. do not drink a lot, in fact just wet your tongue when doing these exercises. because otherwise you will throw up. and that isnt a good way to loose weight. haha.
