Sadly NoX has a diminishing effect I'd up your serving. I gradually had to go from 2 , 2 1/2, now I'm up to 3 which seems ot be serving me well. After this its hardly gonig ot be worth it if I'm using 4 scoop pre workout 4 days a week.

It is amazing how the same product can have so many different effects on people. For me the first time taking NO X i was bouncing off the walls and couldnt sit still just like someone said, but then the next 2 days it went downhil, I didn't feel it as much, but now all of a sudden it kicked back in and I felt it better then ever yesterday in my last work out. I'm also recovering faster and I feel almost brand new every day. This stuff is great! Haven't seen major results yet, but a little, I've only been on it for 5 days.

ya i pretty sure you can the instructions on the bottle tell you how to do it its about 1-2 scoops on a non training day and 1-3 scoops on training days if thats what" recommend use to assess your tolerance means" well what ever it says in that section. it says daily supplement so

The redbulls, like i said, i drink very sparingly so ya...any other suggestions to get the boost i crave? you gained 15 lbs from eating.. not from NO-Xplode. yes.. it gave you extra energy and allowed your muscles to get more nutrients/bloodflow, etc... but I hope you're not attributing 15 lbs of weight gain to a vasodilator like NO-X. b/c... that would be false
