Sup.....if you ask me, different things work for different people man. Try not depend on "other peoples" recommendations via "the computer"........go to the gym, find a guy that you want to look like and speak with him. actually "See" the results of a person before taking advice from them so you'll know for sure that they're "practicing what they preach...." feel me ?
I use to be heavy into lifting. But I got from 170 lbs. to a good 215 lbs. in 7 months. (honest)
Creatine - Regular Creatine Monohydrate (GNC product) cost about $22.00 a bottle....took it twice a day, once in the morning, and once after working out.
Weight Gainer - Isopure, took it 3 times a day (6 scoops per serving).....my first serving would be taken with 3 raw eggs.......and my last serving would be taking with 3 raw eggs.
No2 - now a days Nitric Oxide can be purchased much cheaper than the regular No2 Bottle, so just serach around, I know BSN has nitric oxide for a little cheaper.....none the less I used these 3 products for 7 months, hit the gym 4 times a day, and recieved massive gains.......I'll be sure to add a picture so you can actually "see" the results.......but for the most part, I got my knowledge from people at the gym that I wanted to look like !!!!
this was June of 2004
I then entered the world of Modeling, and they told me that I was too big to wear any of their clothen, so I then had to go back down to 170 lbs or less.......so I stopped lifting and stopped taking suppliments and just did resistance trainning (push ups, pulls ups, jogging, sit ups, etc.) probably liftend a little free weights once or twice or week (give or take) and this is where I am at today........Most individuals would call this the perfect body (although I do lack a little "symmetry" in my abdominal area).....but as you can see, most of the weight stayed on.......I was expecting the water weight (creatine) to deflate in wich it did, but this is 2006 (2 years later) without much heavy lifting.......
I still take Isopure til' this day........and may take creatine every now and then, and even "extreme MRP" at GNC. But all these creatine or protien products (not going to name any names) priced at 50 to 70 dollars, etc. are some BS if u ask me.......stick with the basics and just be patient with the results, watch what you eat, and ask somebody that already has the results your looking for.........Good luck !!!!
