today i broke my own rule on drinking a lot of water. i was able to keep up with the dosage of my thermogain, but i wasnt able to keep up with constant hydration. about an hour after my last dose and only having drank roughly 40 oz. of water, i noticed that my lips were actually burning. and i just happened to glance down at my arms and noticed they were real red. and for someone who is very white, you will easily notice going from white to red. so i remembered that i needed to get some water in me, so i went and got a gallon jug of water and starting drinking as much as i could. then shortly after drinking a quarter of a gallon of water i went to the bathroom and when i was done, i looked in the mirror and noticed that my face was just as red as my arms, and my lips were cherry red. i mean my skin looked like i was coming off a sunburn, and my lips were still burning, actually they still are a little. so yeah if you do decide to take a thermogenic of any kind, make for damn sure you stay very, very hydrated. and it is a easy thing to forget, but im sure once you do, you will never forget again. because looking and feeling like this sucks. but now i have definatly hydrated myself and my skin tone is going back to normal and my lips are going back to their normal color, but the still burn a little. just thought i would share some advice, that most people would make, and those who havent made might in the future.

well the only reason i think its because i didnt stay hydrated is because i have been taking thermogain for a few days now and everyday, except for today, i stayed very hydrated, drinking like a gallon and a half a day. and today i barely drank any water, until the end of it all and up to this point. so i am pretty sure that is what it is, but if it continues like this tommorow and so on, then yeah i guess i will have to stop using it.

wish i could help you out with this one, nutrition has always been an unknown universe to me. could never understand it, even when someone just flat out told me what and when to eat. i always ended up questioning it, just so i could learn, and never got the answers. dans the man to answer this one. hes written a lot of nutritional advice, and from what i have heard in feedback, it works and he knows what he is talking about.

bulking up and losing fat combination gakic = L-Arganine (NO precurser & antioxidant - a very expensive variation if I may add) leukic = L-Leucine (a branch chain amino acid...also a very expensive variation) Thermogain...is aspirin and caffeine with a questionably small dose of creatine... Tri-creatine malate Alpha lipoic acid Cinnamomum verum Evodia extract Vinpocetine White willow extract = aspirin Huperzine Green tea extract Caffeine Oolong tea extract Theobromine extract Guarana extract Yerba mate = Caffeine First is it safe...taking caffeine and asperine...if you are overweight or have hypertension or any of a dozen health issues, this should be checked with your doctor. To bulk up you need to consume more calories than you burn. These supplements have nothing to do with that. To lose fat your chemistry (determined by your diet) has to favor fat release, and your trianing has to favor fat burning. These supplements have almost nothing to do with that. The short answer is, they really have only the tiniest contribution to what you are asking about (bulking up and losing fat combination ). You can take then together but the safety for you is a matter for your physician to ascertain. Note: aspirin and and NO can lower blood pressure...and if you have LBP...that could be an issue...

ORIGINAL: chisum1357 thats why i said i take no-xplode to aid in building muscle. and i know that proper diet and exercise is the key essential to loosing fat, and if you throw in working out it is just an added bonus because eventually you'll start to build muscle. hell everyone knows this, and it gets really annoying when that is the first thing somone tells me or anyone to do. if it were that simple, everyone would be in shape. NO EVERYONE does NOT know this. f you are giving advice to a beginner, treat them as if they do not know it, because you do not know if they do or don’t.

hi, Im in the same situation as JR0D08 I want to loose body fat whilst building muscle. My dailry calorie intake for loosing fat is 2,200. I have been trying to get around this many calories in a day but still find it hard as I still have not made a specific diet plan yet. I am traning 5 days a week mon-fri working a diffrent muscle on each day. I do 3 days of cardio to (mon, wed, fri) Do u recommend i take the same sups as JR0D08. I am not at school and I usualy train about 1pm for atleast 1hour and half. I have already been traning for a month and half, I am still exactley the same weight 11stone 1 pound. Does this mean i am not puting on any muscle?? I do feel like my body fat has droped but no way is it droping it very fast. I am now 22% body fat, was 26% (bad i know) but i think thats over a matter of about 4months as i did start eating healthy but not train quite few months back. Any help will be very appreciated
