I bought NO-Xplode - Saturday, March 04, 2006 6:08 PM
Intro:
Yep, I ran out of CytoSports Muscle Milk so I got my butt over to Vitamen World and forked over $44 for a little tub of NO-Xplode.  I haven't taken it yet, i'm waiting for monday and i'm very excited. 

Question:
My question to you is what should I experience from it?  I read all the decriptions and stuff about the pumps and vascularity, but it would be nice to hear a personal opinion from a member of this board.

Information:
I'm an ectomorphic 6 foot 150 pound 15 year old with about 15% BF.  I'm training as a football player doing lots of explosive lifts with heavy weight.  For the last couple of weeks i've been really dedicated, eating like an animal making sure I get lots of carbs, proteins, and calories (but not necessarily from fatty foods.  Thanks to Dan Mirage if he sees this)

My goals:
1] Gain muscular strenght
2] Gain weight in muscle mass
3] Jack up for summer time!

When I first started taking it by the time i got to the gym I was bouncing in my car ready to tear off the gym door to get in and lift. I almost felt like I didnt have to rest between sets. I was so focused it was amazing. I was in love....but I will tell you this, as for pumps, I got better ones from takin Nitrix. Also as the month went on the effects of NO-X diminished. Will I take it again? Yes I will. I will be switching it with another stack that I find to my liking. Hope this helps.

Yes the results will diminish in time.  When I first took it I had alot of energy and tore it up at the Gym, the weights felt lighter to me and I pushed right through the workout.  I have used 4 jugs of No Xplode and it takes 4 scoops to do anything for me and on the 4 scoops sometimes I feel kinda like crap. I just ran out of No Xplode and I don't see any reason for myself to buy another jug.  No Xplode taste good (fruit punch) and it has a real unqiue taste to it, it was a pretty cool feeling and gave me the mental focus.  For awhile I was kinda nutty over it, but the results have went  bye bye so I am saying bye bye to it.  You will love the stuff at least through that jug or 2, then you might wanna say bye bye to it as well and get something that does the same thing or even better for cheaper.

Personally I wouldnt even be taking any supplemets, maybe except protein, at 15...

NO-Xplode is a great product, but isn't it ment for people 18 and up? I started working out when I was 17, and started taking supplements at 18. =/

Rob listen up.... im 17 and have been lifting since i was 15. NO-XPLODE is "not intended" for people under the age of 18 BUT you can use it and its perfectly safe. what they mean by "not intened" (as it says behind the container) is that it wont have the same effect on a younger person as it will on a more developed person, you get me? ive taken 2 cycles of NO-XPLODE while i was 16 and it worked just fine but it had a much greater and stronger effect on my work out partner which is 20 years old. personally i think that SUPER CHARGED is a better nitric oxide booster than NO-XPLODE and when u are done with this container of no-xplode u should jump on  a cycle of that, but wait about 2 weeks before you do it. and another thing shop around man, 44 bux for no-xplode is insane, i paid  $31.50 at a place called MASS NUTRITION. hey good luck and get back at me with some results on that.

Well, looks like i'm a year older than you (16)...and just beginning to use supplements. I'm 5' 10", 165lb, with 12% BF. I bought a tub of NO-Explode (Orange) and Cellmass (Grape) early this morning.

I started out by putting 3 scoops in with 11oz of grape juice and downed it, it had a very good unique taste to it. I could feel the effects of it coming on rather quickly, 40 or so minutes later I went to the gym. I was very focused on my workout, pushing myself as hard as I could...doing a few reps more than usual. The weights just seemed lighter this time around.

Immediately after my workout I had a serving of Cellmass, then around an hour later I had 2 100% whey protein shakes (GNC, Vanilla). Throughout the day i've had 7 shakes so far, trying to keep my protein intake around 165g+ which is my body weight in pounds (plus 7g protein from milk per each shake). It's now been 7 hours since my last Cellmass serving, and i'm taking my second and last for the day.

You had 7 SHAKES? Thats a lot fo shakes man. YOu should really try and eat some food and keep the shakes to 3 or less. Your body needs solid food not tons of liquid. I am not trying to tell you what to do just something to think about.

hey, if you want to get the most out of your no explode i suggest getting cellmass and stacking that with it because all no explode really is, is just a energy boost it has little creatine in it and tons of caffeine so your actually getting no creatine from the no explode its self thats why they have cellmass but hey dont get me wrong No Xplode is awesome i love it i use it every chance i can but after awhile the effects will diminish so make sure you cycle off no explode also...

No-xplode will basically just give you more energy at the gym. You don't need to be taking 4 scoops like someone else said. I would take 1 scoop on an empty stomach before you workout and don't take it on off days. There's no need to take it if you aren't hitting the gym. That will also help keep your tolerance down. Taking 4 scoops a day is absolutely riddiculous. Sometimes I don't really feel energized after I take it, but it shows when you get to the gym and you can lift hard and not even tire out.

Mirrors don't measure progress, they just show how much more there is left to do.

4 scoops? holy ****! I take 2 scoops only on work out days and its just fine....why do they tell you to take it on Off days? wtf? I think its so you use it up faster and buy more lol...Mine lasts for at least 2 months.

Hey Man I am 209lbs  and I can handle a $hit load caffeine, 3 Scoops No Xplode is weak to me.  The  effects have diminished for me.   I would recommend this kid to take 1 scoop on workout days only and don't take it on non workout days either.  I never told anybody to take 4 scoops, but I could see how a young lad like himself could get confused and think he needs 4 scoops to do anything.   My bad on that.   Yeah he is probably a little young to be using No Xplode, but you know he will anyway.  Use 1 scoop kid.

Thanks for the input princess, i'll keep that in mind. The guy at GNC said to be taking my body weight in grams of protein a day if not up to 300grams. I also have been getting lots of protein from my meats, chicken, and tuna fish.

Another question: Is it best to have a shake in the morning, then an hour after my intake of cellmass, then another maybe before bed? Let me know when I should be drinking these shakes! thanks!

shawn, 165 lbs is average. you should easily get that much protein with 5-6 SMALL meals a day (2-3 of those meals being 30-40 gram protein shakes). 7 protein shakes is crazy, you need atleast 1/3 of your protein intake daily to be solid foods ( lean chicken breast, tuna, tilapia [its a fish with MASSIVE protein for small amounts and its cheap and extremely easy to eat because its soft], and low-fat dairies and wheat products.

im 16 and i been taking no-xplode for 2 weeks now its great i feel so strong with it but read the directions and switch off of it thats what ill be doing soon
