I tried Gakic, Leukic and Creakic all at once and had some very good results although it is difficult to tell which one did what since I used them in a stack. Pumps were great, strenght shot through the roof and I was able to eork out like an animal. I did however have one side effect but it was more supiditu then anything else. I was having a surprisingly good day and I broke my personal bes on narrow grip lat pulls. I went for another personal best and broke that one as well but as I tried yet one more time, I over exerted myself and now my doctor says I have an inflamed tendon, tennis elbow. I have not worked out in 28 days but I ahve not lost any size.

this discussion reminds me again why i hate muscletech products so much. This is the most hot-aired, jargonizing (yes, I just made that word up) and consumer hypnotizing company out there. Hopefully that made sense to some of you. Never read their product rationals. It mostly sums up to "blah blah blah blah"... dudes.. .this is just an L-Leucine product. It's not a special drug that will make you huge. It's just one of the essential BCAAs your body happens to require a lot of for great muscle gains. It's up there with Glutamine. But I'm sure if consumers were just as clueless about Glutamine, they'd create a product called Glutik and hype it just the same. And everybody would be like, "this stuff is insane and it made me grow a 6lbs of raw muscle in like a month!!!". Anyways, I think they do have a glutamine product, but I have no interest in looking it up because it's sure to be a money drainer. The fact is, L-Leucine should be taken in proper ratio with L-IsoLeucine and L-Valine. (3:1:1 or something like that). Taking Leucine alone boggles my (limited) understanding of BCAAs and their anabolic role in muscle building. Skip this product and use Scivation XTend. You'll get the 3 most important BCAAs in their proper ratio, plus L-glutamine, plus Citruline malate (spelling?) for in-workout strength boosts. Oh, and it's cheaper and you'll be getting more servings per container. It's a no-brainer!!!! And why stack with Gakic? If you're powerlifting (maximal muscle damage) then increased blood flow will be counter productive. This doesn't even translate into extra strength anyways. Using Argenine is only beneficial in "pump" workouts (forcing more blood to the muscles using lighter weights). And if you're not supplementing with a product like XTend (BCAAs) during your workouts, then you're moving all that blood without the BCAAs you're muscles need. It's pointless. If you think it's making you stronger, it's probably just psychological since you'll be thinking to yourself as you concentrate those muscles, "woah, I've never seen those veins pop out before! I'm growing like an animal.. duuuuude" Oh, and another cost savings tip. Don't ingest NOS post-workout (as suggested on the bottles). It'll save you money. After a "pump workout", take your protein shake and your vitamins, and do moderate cardio and move your blood yourself for nutrient delivery. Plus it's good for cleaning out the free radicals in your blood stream. Oh, and I add about 2gr. of sodium bicorbonate (baking soda) as it couters the acid reflext you might experience from ingesting your shake mixed with cardio.
