I would start adding good carbs to your diet ...like a cup of oats as oatmeal every day...see if that changes you in a week.

This is a step closer to what you want!!!

How active are you?

Know your maintenance cals?...You said it came out to 2500 but did you use the right.."to gain" column with the right activity level?

You are neither gaining nor losing weight right now?

You say 2 meals are liquid...accounting for 1000 calories...what si the makeup of those shakes in cals/pre/carb/fat...?

well i dont think i am gaining alot, it is mega gain from dymatize, i use 2 whole scoops of the power with nearly a pint of milk, i have 2 per day

i eat enoughmthrough the day as it is i dont know what i can do apart from find massive calorie foods instead of lots of smaller things

How much a week?
How much did you weigh last week..how much now.
It is important to be specific here...after a week at this eating...what happens?
Start tracking this...once you get how to control your gains then you'll know!

Are you measuring body composition too ...this will help to tweak it if we know it!

I see some things that can make a difference.  Stick with me a momnet!

Milk speeds the rate at which calories are burned.
You drink at least 2 pints, just over 1/4 a gallon ..do you have more milk with other things?

There may be a way to get your body to be more responsive. 
I have succeeded in this with others (look at bigdmans insane attempt to gain weight)

hmmm i drink one before i go to bed (mega gain drinks)

i drink maybe 2 -3 big cups per day of milk because of the calories and protein it has

So you drink about a half gallon of milk..that probably increases your metabolism and so...

Either you work to slow it down or add 500 calories to the diet.

This could be 1 more scoop of gainer per shake for instance...plus a cup of oatmeal with raisins or some other fruit...in the AM or in the PM

Your carbs are so low that you are not really running optimally. 
Getting them to AT LEAST 50% would make some difference!
