well i dont think i am gaining alot, it is mega gain from dymatize, i use 2 whole scoops of the power with nearly a pint of milk, i have 2 per day i eat enoughmthrough the day as it is i dont know what i can do apart from find massive calorie foods instead of lots of smaller things

hmmm i drink one before i go to bed (mega gain drinks) i drink maybe 2 -3 big cups per day of milk because of the calories and protein it has
